βHad a great shopping experience! The best part was checkout, where we met a wonderfully sweet young lady named Fatima. She was kind and so pleasant. She had a very welcoming smile and it made our experience at Marshallβs a great !β
βThe store was very clean and organized, which is a plus for me. I was able to select the items I wanted, and there was a good selection to choose from. Checkout was fast and easy, and I was quickly out of the store, which is also a big plus for me.β
βWent to the YSL counter today to purchase Opium Parfum 3 oz.( With gold/red label). The fine gentleman(?Gregory") was most helpful and very attentive. He really seems to love his work as Sales Rep.,helping out at the Goodlettsville,Tn store. I wish I could have purchased every YSL product he represents.LOL. Hope he is there next year at this time for more Christmas purchases.β
βI needed a lawnmower tire for my rider. Natalie was.more than helpful ordering a new one offline. She and Larry are the best, going beyond and over helping their customers.β

βI shop here all the time! The store has a huge selection of items, it's fun to peruse the aisles and find new things. Great name bran stuff at really good prices. I can always find someone on staff to help me when I am looking for something specific.β
βGreat customer service for Amazon returns. Very efficient and prompt. Encouraged me to stay and use the 15% off coupon and even checking out with self checkout near closing time was efficient and pleasant!β

βBest store ever, they were very easy to work with us on a return. This is our store. Hendersonville lost my business wouldn't even give me store credit for things we bought 2 days earlier and had tags for but not receiptβ
βReally great home and clothing selections. The prices are competitive, and sales were awesome! I really liked that they offered local hbcu apparel. They also have an impressive intimates section. The store was clean and well organized.β
βGreat place, friendly employees and customers. My only issue is that the parking lot is too dark. At night. There are no lights by the entrance/exit to the road. So it's hard to see exactly where where to turn in, when you're turning into the parking lot at night, especially if you're coming from the opposite side of the road.β
βThey have nice selections.. only thing I hate is the huge lines, so it's best to get there on a weekday very early when they open up to avoid that terrible crowd, if not all the good stuff selections are goneβ
βI love shopping at Big Lots. The prices are really good. The selections are amazing. The store is a fairly big store, and they have such a variety of merchandise. I especially love shopping at Big Lots during the Christmas Holidays! The staff at the Hermitage store are always happy and helpful. Big Lots has been a favorite of mine since the 90's. They just keep getting better and better. Plus, they have great sales. I love Big Lots!β
βFirst of all, way to go JC Penney for employing such an amazing asset to your company. My husband and I went to the JC Penney in Mt Juliet to buy a suit for our daughter's wedding. Typically my husband is not a suit wearing man but considering the celebration it was appropriate. We were looking at the selection and was greeted by Luke who asked if we needed any assistance. Obviously needing the assistance my husband accepted. Luke was AMAZING! He went way above our expectations. He helped from start to finish. Helping coordinate color schemes with the wedding, ideas for our sons attire, and even got me savings on the suit I bought there 2 weeks prior for my 16 year old.
I have been in retail for a long time and really appreciated how I was treated in this store. Thank you so much Luke!
I also wanted to mention Cynthia at checkout. She was very sweet and engaging.β

βVery busy store, looking for a specific spin mop, the site said it was available here. Got here and NO SPIN MOP. Was in and out as fast as possible whiich was almost 30 minutes, grabbed a bag of dog treats and a box of cereal.β
βEmployees and security are always friendly. Prices are great compared to dept stores. It's pretty organized compared to a lot of similar stores I have seen. Not sure about restroom, my wife prob knows.β
βI'm deeply saddened to learn my store is closing. Big Lots has been a staple in my family and our business for over 30 years and I've been a patron at this location for the last 15 years. I've had many wonderful shopping experiences here and the employees like Sam and Betty make you feel like family. I wish all the employees here luck on their future endeavors. βWhat can you say about Walmart haha I actually used to work here 2015 through 2020 and really it's a good place to shop for mostly everything when it comes to inside of a house except for washing machines countertops basically if you want the rest of your inside done I would suggest going to Lowe's or something but the majority of it would be lows for the inside of your house other than that when it comes to working here it is good pay first starting out other than that I mean it's a great place to come to shop and to workβ
βI was in JCP shopping and the salon manager walked up to me and was telling me about the sales and we ended up discussing hair, she was so nice, and really sweet so I ended up booking an appointment.β
βThis Walmart got an overhaul within the last several months, and it improved upon the layout of the store. It is laid out much better, and it is always organized and clean.β
βMy husband and I visited this Walmart supercenter looking for Samβs Choice gluten-free bread. We took the last one on the shelf and asked an employee if she could see if there was any stored in the back. The employee got another employee named Andrew, who was most gracious to go to the back, since his computer was showing there was still 5 loaves available. When he came back, he apologized profusely that he could not find any more.
It is very rare for someone to go above and beyond, and I hope he will be recognized for the great service he provided. His smile was very engaging and was very personable.
Thank you, Andrew, for doing your very best. (I did try to call the store to put in a good word for him with the manager, but unfortunately, no one was available to answer the phone.)β
βSo this review is pertaining to the houseplants/gardening section of my local Walmart. These plants are alive and should be treated with better care.
First off I can't believe how much a simple houseplant costs these days they have doubled in price in a relatively short period of time.
One would think that in return Walmart would take better care of their plants. I'm embarrassed for Walmart that they think that it's acceptable to proudly display what happens when you do not properly care for a houseplant, indoors or out.
So does the increase in price make-up for the ones sitting on shelves dead?? This inventory is alive and dieing a slow and preventable death. I'm certain that if the pricing was adjusted the shelves would be bare and no plants would suffer the slow death I witnessed on my last visit..
If they aren't going to properly water the plants and take necessary effort to care for these delicate plants why carry them at all? It pains me to see row after row of plants being neglected.
It's bad business to charge what they do for a houseplant only to neglect the ones sitting on their shelves.
This is completely avoidable and I don't understand why stores take better care of their live plants I have a suggestion... Adjust the price of your live inventory before they wither away and die..β

βNo annoying staff interference. I browsed, tried some things on and could have used self check to completely avoid staff, but I let staff do the check out. Very positive experience. The only improvement would have been the staff member taking the carry basket instead of pointing where I could take it.β
βReally like the new look especially the displays of Walmart furniture and clothes. Appreciate that I still can find lower prices on some of my basic produce needs.β
βThe shelves were being stocked during my visit which actually wasn't a turn off because the clerk had some.down home Blues music playing which help to liven my mood. Lol! Overall the clerks.were nice, friendly and engaging.β
