Steve was so kind, knowledgeable of mattresses, and tenderly listened to my parents’ needs. Steve matched them with the perfect bed and matched a competitor’s price. When there was a holiday backlog of deliveries, Steve worked to have their bed delivered asap. The delivery team members were gracious and taught my parents’ the ins and outs of their new bed. My parents highly recommend Sleep Outfitters, and I have no words to convey my gratitude for their care for my parents. Their service and care is SUPERIOR!”

“Was greeted warmly by Nate, asked my opinion and helped with what I asked for. He did not try to sell me a mattress I could not afford, or push me to purchase anything. I selected the mattress that felt really right for me, we started the purchase process, then I decided to check out some of the other mattresses in the showroom. He immediately asked what interested me, started showing me those that complied with that and some that were more, even though they were definitely way out of my price range and no way I could possibly buy them, but just to give me the experience. I found another that was a little more comfortable than the one I picked but twice the price, even with all discounts applied. I could afford to get it with the financing but eventually went with my original pick. Nate did everything he could to help ensure it was the right one for me, and explained everything about the purchase, financing and delivery succinctly, making sure I understood everything before signing paperwork. I would go there again in a heartbeat.”

“I went into the store looking for a couch. After being disappointed by 5 other stores, I wasn't expecting to find the exact couch I had been looking for. I was greeted when I walked in by Blaine and shown around without him hoovering over me like all the other stores. He checked on me again after I had walked the floor and found the couch. We discussed pricing and delivery. I returned the next day and bought my couch. Delivery was great. The guys brought my couch in and got it all set up right where I wanted it. “Doug and Garrett at Lynn's Patio shop are great! They are a wonderful father and son team! They both are very knowledgeable about numerous lines of patio furniture brands including chairs, couches, love seats, side tables and coffee tables. In addition, they have in depth knowledge about the available finishes for the products. They even know if different brands offer the same fabrics (often Sunbrella) so that fabrics can be coordinated. And, any information they don't know, they call the manufacturer representative and find out. They are very nice on top of being professional. It feels like a family business....small and caring. They were both very helpful with numerous details of what we needed. They have a lot of product to see inside their shop. Also, the products they sell are well built brands that will stand the test of time. Their prices are competitive with the large sellers of patio furniture. If you are looking for cheap, run of the mill furniture, stay with the large retailers. If you want quality furniture and a great service, come to Lynn's Patio Shop!”
