“So to make a long story short, ordered carpet on 2/6/26. To be installed 2 weeks later. Now being 3/23/26carpet still not in, store had no apology for anything , and didnt say anything that I would have to rearrange my s reduce 6 times to get carpet in. Store manager Jacob that I spoke with , seemed like he could care less. Order canceled. Not doing it. Near 8000 dollar order.

Update: after speaking in person with the store, and give and take on both sides. I redid my rating. However , be it known, I will think hard about ever doing a big job with the store.”
