“This place is router bit heaven. This is the place to go if you’re in need of any specialty router/CNC bits, though they have a wide variety of various woodworking stuff, typically of the spinning variety but also layout tools, saw blades and other high quality items. The staff is SUPER friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to help me find what I was looking for. Penny the shop-puppy is a sweetheart as well!

Logan, sincerely, thank you so much for your kindness - making sure I was able to get the items I needed to repair the leak for the next few nights, even on Christmas Day (saving Christmas in my book). Instead of turning me away explaining the tractor was broke he sold, me on coming in and he would hand load my truck. When you not only need the item but need the knowledge of where who and when is as vital this is the place to go.
They may not sell you what you need but you will get the answers you need which is more than most.

“I am not an avid TSC shopper by any means. Just no business being in there. With Christmas time around the corner, I did some shopping from my husband’s wishlist. I placed a pickup at Hendersonville and Portland due to limited stock of said items. Dawn called me to let me know she noticed a dent in my item, and called me to not only let me know, but gave me a couple of options to rectify the scenario. I could tell she put in the effort of finding a like item, and coming up with a solution, before calling me. She did not have to call me. She could’ve let it go and left me to deal with it when I got there. Because Dawn was proactive instead of reactive, the situation was handled in less than 15 minutes. I am so incredibly pleased with her customer service, outside of the fix she provided, that I will forever drive out of my way to give the Hendersonville store my business.”

“I love this hardware store, a cavernous warehouse far more utilitarian than glamorous. But who needs chic when you offer a thorough selection at competitive prices? I just needed a single roll of packing tape near my workplace and found this store online, a place I’d driven past hundreds of times. The employees were extremely helpful.
But the amount of hardware goods throughout the warehouse is simply stunning. It’s like a smaller version of Lowe’s or Home Depot without all the glitz, tucked into an industrial area in the heart of South Nashville.
By the way, this is a locally owned store named after Horace Greely Lipscomb, a resident of Brentwood who moved here in 1869. Eventually a wealthy banker, he founded this hardware company in 1893! If his surname sounds familiar to locals, yes, his brother was the very David Lipscomb who founded the university that carries his name.”

“Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently.
