“So many cool things to buy. They keep things fresh with their selection of artwork and furniture. 4 stars only because they could stand to have more staff/cashiers on hand to handle the busy days. I have immediately walked back out more than once by seeing how long the checkout line is.”

“Wonderful shopping experience today. Jo Jo was so helpful. What a great personality. Professional, couterious. She deserves 10 stars. She really needed a pair of roller skates to keep up with employee asking her questions and assisting customers. Every associate was great that I had encountered. The store was clean, most departments had a good selection , expect for the style and size of the jeans ? i was looking for.. I am glad I stopped in and will return. I wish they had cameras out in the parking lots like most large stores have now days. I love products from J C Penny. They are well constructed , and when they have a sale, they have a sale. Plus, they offer a good selection of Big and Tall clothing for men! It is constructed well in in size. Drapes well without looking like a sack on 6'8" men. The dress shirt styles are up to date I. Wonder fabrics and great prints. Stop by and check out this store!”
“There's a great amount of plus size clothing here, tops, bottoms, dresses. All at different prices but most are marked by color labels going up to 75% off.
The only problem I had was finding an associate. I saw only two: one in mens checkouts and one in womens checkouts. There was nobody on the floor to help.
But still one of the best stores in Jackson for plus size.”

“This was my first time visiting. I seen several things I would like to have brought home but my budget was small. They do have very good deals on name brand things!!! I know I will be back in the near future! They have all kinds of items- sunglasses, watches, purses,clothes, shoes, furniture, pet items, automotive, towels, pictures, ect... This is a very good all around place to shop! And great prices everywhere in there!”
“This place is great! Very organized and well thought out. Great maze type situation with plenty of twists and turns and dark spooky corners.
Even though the characters are not allowed to touch you, the thrill of being scared is amazing and will definitely get your heart a pumping!!

“Store is clean, items are easily displayed and accessible. Theres an item finder kiosk if needed. I use the target app to find the items and accurately showed me where to find it and exact price. Self check out is fine. But the candle section is always soldout on the brands we like.”
“Well I use my card to purchase a plug-in type for what used to be old fashioned cigarette lighter for a phone charger I bought it when we're leaving to go on a trip out of state and when I came back and I tried to return it they said it was outside the date range so now I have a charger that does not work at all in the original package it's not all torn up or anything and I used my card for it no refund no store credit no let me put it back on your card”

“Kohl's can be pricey and very trendy, so there was actually a period of time when I just didn't shop here. But they have really surprised me with now offering a wider range of clothing styles, clearance and sale options along with a pretty nice home decor and accessories section. Plus, the Kohl's cash is a nice incentive to come back for more.”
