“I’ve never been so compelled to write a review in my life. 5/5 experience. Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and made that interaction feel like the most natural sales experience I’ve ever had. Prices were great. We went to three other shops around Jackson today and it just felt so stressful and products were massively lacking and or broken on the floor. All the appliances are well maintained at Electronic Express. You can walk out (can take a little time but same day pickup) with any floor model (or boxed if they have it in stock) and that was a big perk for us. They also had SpeedQueen, which is top quality. We were very impressed. Loved our experience. Marco was fantastic to work with.”

“Store is clean, items are easily displayed and accessible. Theres an item finder kiosk if needed. I use the target app to find the items and accurately showed me where to find it and exact price. Self check out is fine. But the candle section is always soldout on the brands we like.”
“The staff at this T-Mobile store was phenomenal!
First we went to the north store which had no customers and were told sharply that none of the phones we wanted were in stock, even though it stated that they were on the website. We then decided to drive to the south store and I am so glad we did. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted and asked what we needed even though they were busy with other customers in the store. As soon as a rep (Kira) was free, she answered our questions and quickly upgraded my son's phone.
If i need to go to T-Mobile again, this is the store I will be going to.”

“Heritage has some awesome people. I brought my Nintendo 64 to be worked on and we both learned around the same time that the Nintendo 64 has a special tool that only works for Nintendo 64. He was a bit disappointed that he couldn’t help like he so wanted to. And because we couldn’t get it fixed by him. I have forgotten his name and I’ll come back and change that later. So anyways he couldn’t fix it. So we sat down and talked about movies and how politics of the past of both good and bad have shaped our day and age and we both agreed mainly for the bad. Movies was a great topic as well and we talked about one of our favorites the movie (they live) and he showed me a video of something actually pretty neat that Elon musk did and we both agreed that the man is a genius even though I personally myself don’t like Elon musk. We just had a great conversation overall and I totally recommend going to them!!”
