“I’ve never been so compelled to write a review in my life. 5/5 experience. Marco was professional, knowledgeable, and made that interaction feel like the most natural sales experience I’ve ever had. Prices were great. We went to three other shops around Jackson today and it just felt so stressful and products were massively lacking and or broken on the floor. All the appliances are well maintained at Electronic Express. You can walk out (can take a little time but same day pickup) with any floor model (or boxed if they have it in stock) and that was a big perk for us. They also had SpeedQueen, which is top quality. We were very impressed. Loved our experience. Marco was fantastic to work with.”

“We had a fairly complex issue with a home in another state and T-Mobile's acquisition of our provider, US Cellular. More than a week of calls to customer service had provided no consistent answers...and no internet service to the home. Then we had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jaliyah W. PHENOMENAL! Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, confidence based on competence! Only unfortunate issue is that as soon as T-Mobile recognizes her talent...she won't be available in the local store...she will be helping run the company!”

“Heritage has some awesome people. I brought my Nintendo 64 to be worked on and we both learned around the same time that the Nintendo 64 has a special tool that only works for Nintendo 64. He was a bit disappointed that he couldn’t help like he so wanted to. And because we couldn’t get it fixed by him. I have forgotten his name and I’ll come back and change that later. So anyways he couldn’t fix it. So we sat down and talked about movies and how politics of the past of both good and bad have shaped our day and age and we both agreed mainly for the bad. Movies was a great topic as well and we talked about one of our favorites the movie (they live) and he showed me a video of something actually pretty neat that Elon musk did and we both agreed that the man is a genius even though I personally myself don’t like Elon musk. We just had a great conversation overall and I totally recommend going to them!!”

“Young lady named Stephanie helped us. She needs to be running this company and teaching others how to provide customer service. Give her a raise, make her president of the USA. No wait, if you take her from the Jackson store, I don't know who will be so helpful in the future? I know, let her run cricket from Jackson.”

“We had such a great experience with Vanessa at Verizon! She was incredibly helpful in getting all of our lines moved onto one account and upgrading my iPhone 13 to 17 pro and finding ways for us to save money. She also helped us bundle our Netflix, HBO, and Disney subscriptions, which made everything so much easier to manage. Vanessa was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure we understood everything. We really appreciate all of her help and excellent customer service!”

“The Guys and Gals here are a GREAT Group!! They go above and beyond to get you what you need / want. Of course you have your rent to own fees, but they not as bad as some of the rest of them. But the people here are well worth it!!!! Keep up the great work!”

“Target is great. It's always clean, employees are nice and available. They have a wide selection of stuff. Also they have a price match guarantee so why not shop at target! It's easy, and I have so many problems out of Walmart lately, been using target instead wish everyone would”

“I had the most positive experience at this location! I drive a rig all over the country, and this store will always stand out! The clerks at this location went way over and beyond to help me. It's very rare in my experience to encounter the level of customer service I experienced at this location. The clerks genuinely cared, and it was a huge success! I really needed that and they came through for me! Thank you!!”
