“LG Electronics customer service recommended me this company in regards to my 49” LG 4K Smart 3D TV Wi-Fi connection issue. I took the TV to the shop. Mike took the order in, asked me about the issue with the TV, and told me to come back in 2 to 3 hours. Mike tried everything in his knowledge base to get rid of the issue at hand. He called me and stated that he is going to change Wi-Fi card and see if TV issue is resolved. After 3 hours, I got a call and was informed that problem is not with Wi-Fi card but something else. He gave me the repair cost and advises that it may not be worth for spending this money on 5 years old. Unit. I went to pick up the unit. Mike helped me put the TV in my vehicle. Upon asking him about service charge, he stated nothing. This was a big shock to me as we just moved from Illinois, where nothing is free. I know Mike spent about 3 hours to fix the TV issue and did not ask for any service fee. I left the shop after giving him some tip. I found Mike to be very honest, down to earth person, pleasant to talk to and deal with. I strongly recommend Heritage Electronics for TV and computer related repair issues. Thanks Mike.”

“Only one reason for these 5 stars ..and its because of one lady that works at this store other wise metro pcs as a company is the worst company with the worst customer service they let the old Hickory blvd store steal from me and retaliate against me for a complaint i filed against them..bottom line they really dont care one bit about there customers..thats why im not going to stay with metro pcs..but who knows you might have a different experiance if you go to a Corporate store. “I was looking to switch to a I-phone and they advised me to come back next month when the newer phone comes out, I didn't want the new phone? When I mentioned that to a few friends they advised me to switch to the company they use cause they offer iPhones less expensive, also never let the customer walk out empty handed! I made a special trip to replace my phone. I've been a Verizon customer for or 25 years. ?☹️”
