“The staff at this T-Mobile store was phenomenal!
First we went to the north store which had no customers and were told sharply that none of the phones we wanted were in stock, even though it stated that they were on the website. We then decided to drive to the south store and I am so glad we did. Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted and asked what we needed even though they were busy with other customers in the store. As soon as a rep (Kira) was free, she answered our questions and quickly upgraded my son's phone.
If i need to go to T-Mobile again, this is the store I will be going to.”

“Not sure how their services aren't a full 5 stars because they 100% are. We had AT&T Internet10 for $60 a month and we were only getting 10mbps download and no upload. I'm not even sure why it was an option when Anneas was available. We're paying $59.95 a month for 250mbps upload AND DOWNLOAD (actual readings are like 300). I've never seen upload speeds matching download speeds ever. Amazing service, amazing internet, and oh, did I mention their technical support? Our internet acted a bit funky for the first time tonight and I called support. Within 5 minutes he was able to fix it from his end, reset the modem and our Internet was back. No problem.
Anneas, you guys have outdone yourselves. Do not lose your integrity. 100/10 ⭐”
