“We went to Ashley looking for a lift chair to aid in my upcoming surgery recovery .Cathy waited on us and was very friendly and helpful. I immediately saw the chair I was looking for, but felt like we needed to look at other stores. Thankfully when we couldn't find the same chair elsewhere, Cathy took care of the paperwork and being able to do our own pickup, by evening I was sitting in my new chair. “Good selection, great prices, clean store. The clothes sizes are mixed together, making it difficult to find your size. They do carry up to 3x sizes in cute clothes.”
“Went to get a Christmas tree on sale. The associate in that section was running 100mph trying to get every the tree they needed. Most of the trees people were getting were sold out so they were selling the floor model. Despite all the customer's hovering around her she was polite and professional and took less then 10 mins to get our tree(we were the last to ask her for one) Should have got her name but hands down EXCELLENT customer service”

“I went in our local Grand Home furnishing because I need a new recliner. Rick met in us at the door and he was very cordial and helpful. I Told him I had seen the TV commercial.He showed me several different kinds before I settled on a Lazy y boy. He was very informative and helped me because I asked him if I could wait til the first of the month. He and the office girls were extra nice.
I was very satisfied and will go back if I have a furniture need.”
