Customer service is simply non- existant in most businesses these days, Chris however, was kind, knowledgeable and really awesome! “I called ahead to check if they had the umbrellas they were giving away and they were very helpful and kind. When I got to the store I was unable to pull up my code because my internet service hasn't been working well and I need to replace my phone so he still allowed me to take one. I really appreciated that as we do not have a store in our location anymore and I just happen to be up there for a doctor's appointment.”

“Ever had are have a person at store tell u hold on am with a customer and the customer did know what he are her want in a a portable speaker so I ask if I can pay my bill why they made up there mind ... I was told to hold on just a minute done been there for 15 mins waiting patiently I have my wife and kids in the van waiting on me time is not a thing you hold on to when you are kind of in the mood to get things done you get them done so I left going out the door I said I'll hold on to a minute you can have all afternoon to help them I went to the other store in Johnson City was. Done better there was in and out there under 5 minutes. ?????”
“So far so good with TMobile The only thing is that I went in to upgrade my phone and after I did then was told that if I had finished paying my phone off I could have bought the upgraded phone for like $30 a month instead of $50 which I thought was underhanded so they could get more money from us. But the bill only went up $14 so I’m not really bad upset about it but they still should have said that before I upgraded.”

“We had questions about a phone issue on a road trip and so we stopped at a random store a couple of hours into the trip. Expected the sales people to blow us off because we just had questions and didn’t live close enough to come back when we need to buy new phones, but this staff was amazing! Two of them jumped in to try to solve our issues (a man and a woman). I didn’t catch the names (we were on a time crunch) but you know who you are! “I was sent to the store by a non commissioned worker. He didn't want to send me an SD card for my mom's new phone. So I went into the Johnson City Tennessee Store it was 4:35 pm . They close at 5:00 pm. Rachel Osborne is the lady that waited on me. She was so helpful and kind . She worked everything out for me and got my mom's phone working. I was out by 5:05 pm. Unfortunately for me I once again needed their services, Sutton was able to advise me of my phone companies warranty coverage and even processed a claim for me while I waited. He worked to take a +$350 screen replacement down to $0 dollars and got me out the door with a new screen for free in less than 2 hours!”
