“I purchased furniture from Lenoir Empire Furniture after finding them on an internet site. I was ambivalent about buying from a store so far away ( live in NY) but the price was excellent and AAron made the transaction easy. I received the furniture in 3 weeks from N. Carolina! Most of the local stores told me it would take 2-3 months! The delivery company (D& D Delivery ) that they used was excellent as well. They delivered the furniture to NY 4 days after they received it in their warehouse and adjusted the doors on the unit when it was delivered. They let me inspect the unit after it was unloaded and then carried into the house with care. I would purchase from Lenoir again without hesitation.”
“Bought stuff from Roger, the "owner" for several years. Never had a problem that he didn't rectify. Goes out of his way when people are in need to try and help them as much as anyone I've ever seen. Been in business thirty years without advertising so must be doing something right and a lot of it is repeat business.”
“I ordered a bedroom set in May and was told that will be there in August in mid-September still have not received the entire set. So I asked for a portion to be delivered. Zak's was nice enough to deliver it. I was told that the other unit would be in later. Two weeks ago they called and said the unit was in and I requested an afternoon delivery. They scheduled me for two weeks later. I just got a call was told that they would be delivering it first thing in the morning. When I called to complain, they adjusted the time.”
