“The staff is ALWAYS helpful, to speak of one I think is part time, Tina brown was so helpful recently shopping for Christmas gifts I had the luck to have her help me finding more than I was looking for, lol. But it was $well spent. And I believe Kelly? supervisor? Was understanding as I took up her time in finding things i wanted. Teams like these lady's are out dated in a world in such a hurry. It takes me back to times when service to customers was a priority. Thank you to the store and it's employees for making my shopping easier. I will ALWAYS recommend THIS location. Merry Christmas.”
“First it is so depressing what is left of Fort Henry Mall. It is so disheartening that with our population growth our Mall has priced so many great businesses out the door.
However, in a pinch we stopped by Belk for a quick pick up of specific items and Beatrice made it worth the stop. She was engaging and super helpful. She is kind and engaging. We would shop with her anytime. She is witty and THE BEST in customer service.
When we went to check out she was helping another customer so we didn't get to check out with her, but she left a lasting impression. We would come back here just to get her help picking out cute and matching items. Impressed. Stop by and ask for her she is great!”
“I always find what I am looking for, this time it was a plastic 3 or 4 smaller drawer on wheels to fit under the sink in my son's apartment. I also needed a few makeup items. The bathrooms are always nice and clean. I was in and out of there in less than 40 minutes.”
“Convenient for quick Walmart stops. Very pleasant staff. Clean but cold in here. Bring a sweater if you're staying very long. Parking lot can be exciting at times, if you know what I mean.”
