500 Island Road, KingsportWe have been with Sherry for about a year and she is amazing. Initially we only had one dog and she loves going to Sherrys. The minute we get there she runs into the house like she owns it,which does my heart good. Now we have a Yorkie who is 10 months old and very clingy to me and I worry about how he is adjusting but Sherry eases my mind with her sweet words. Sherry is very loving to the fur babies as well as there mama's. She also does a great job with grooming,very accomadating, would recommend Sherry to anyone.

2613 E Center St, KingsportWe got a bernedoodle puppy and our whole family is new to having a ‘hairy’ dog and was so worried a groomer would shave his pretty curls but, not only did Shannon take time answering all our silly questions but she was SO sweet to our baby and did a fantastic job on his cut. This whole shop appears to be ran by kind, compassionate and qualified women. That’s a win for me! I can’t recommend this place enough!!

The medicine they gave him made him feel better the same day and he has bounced back to his original self. The visit was cheaper than I expected and I have no complaints we will definitely be back!!

Small Miracles Therapeutic

This has been several years ago and was even told before I left that I should think about coming there for the therapy. I have Multiple Sclerosis and they thought it would benefit me. His communication, responsiveness, knowledge, and professionalism are exceptional, but what truly sets Dr. Gray apart is his genuine empathy and compassion. When your pet is part of your family and you’re facing some of the most difficult decisions you’ll ever have to make for them, having a veterinarian who understands not only what your pet is going through, but what you and your family are going through, means more than words can describe.
We are currently navigating an incredibly difficult time with our beloved cat, Leo. Dr. Gray has communicated with us promptly, thoughtfully, and with a level of compassion that has genuinely touched our family. He doesn’t make you feel like another appointment or another case. You know when speaking with him that he truly cares about your animal and wants what is best for them.
There is a tremendous difference between treating an animal and caring for one. Dr. Gray does both.
When we made the heartbreaking decision to transition Leo from cancer treatment to palliative care, Dr. Gray’s response gave us something we desperately needed: reassurance that choosing quality of life was okay, guidance on how we could keep Leo comfortable, and the knowledge that we would not have to navigate the difficult days ahead alone.
You cannot teach that kind of compassion. It comes from the person behind the profession.
We are incredibly blessed to have Dr. Gray caring for animals and their families in our community. What he does for people during some of the happiest and most heartbreaking moments of their lives cannot truly be put into words.
Dr. Gray, from Emily, me, and our entire family: thank you for taking care of our boy. Thank you for caring about him. And thank you for caring about us, too.
We will never forget it.

524 West Center Street, KingsportI can not say enough about the staff who holds the fort down in the front, while the vets and their techs holds us together in the back. Their jobs are not easy, and they all work long hours, and are exhausted at the end of the day. In spite of everything they handle from day to day, I have always been greeted with a smile.
