Tori's patience, kindness, and incredible attention to detail were evident in every appointment. Bella always came home looking beautiful, but what meant even more to us was how comfortable and happy she was in Tori's care. She took the time to get to know Bella and treated her with genuine love and compassion.
One thing we especially appreciated was how attentive Tori was to Bella's well-being. If she noticed even the slightest change, she always made sure to let us know. That level of communication gave us tremendous peace of mind because we knew Bella was being cared for by someone who truly had her best interests at heart.
The greatest compliment we can give is this: all we had to do was say Tori's name, and Bella knew exactly where she was going. She was always calm and happy to make the trip, which spoke volumes about the trust they shared. As pet owners, there is nothing more comforting than knowing your beloved companion feels safe and loved by someone else.
Thank you, Tori, for loving and caring for our sweet Bella throughout the years. We will always be grateful. If and when we welcome another furry family member into our lives, we hope they'll have the privilege of being in your care as well.

Farmhouse Grooming

Farmhouse Grooming had her about 2.5 hours and when I picked her up, my kitty looked and smelled amazing. I could also tell she felt better too! She seemed very relaxed as well. I highly recommend! We went in at almost quitting time, but she said she could do her nails, (which was the reason we stopped there)! The waiting area was comfortable for me & my dog...the girl came to get her from me; & (my dog (Mia) went right with her with no fear at all); and just a few minutes later, she led Mia back to the waiting area & my dog was happy & was wagging her tail...a few minutes later the girl led her out (tail still wagging) & her nails looked GREAT! What an AWESOME EXPERIENCE for my dog & me! We will definitely be back!

Dr. Riddle came out quickly after I called. He was very thorough with the examination and honest about our options. Unfortunately I had to put the mare down and he helped her pass peacefully. Dr. Miller is also amazing and has taken care of my horses’ veterinary needs for several years! I trust them with my animals 100%!

1264 Milligan Highway, Johnson CityI had an incredible experience here with my new adorable kitten. She was a stray and had tail tip necrosis. As a new cat owner, I was freaking out. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment the same day and the staff was wonderful. She is doing wonderful with some basic treatment, and everyone was so polite and kind. I could tell they really cared, and the veterinarian had excellent bedside manner and gave me calm and confidence that I was doing well with her. Above all, they didn't charge me for the exam since I had just adopted her. It meant everything to me, and I'll be coming here for as long as I stay in the area.
