We chose indoors, but it was so hot we wondered if outdoors was any cooler. I liked that they had bottled Cheerwine. I just wish they had it as a fountain drink so I could have a refill.

Today I tried to go into the restaurant but my hip would not allow me to step up onto the entrance. So they brought my food out to me. The staff are very polite. It is a pleasure to go to J’s Corner. And I like that they close on Sunday now.

The service was spectacular and I wish I could remember their names. We are first time customers and drove an HOUR to get here from Mountain City. WORTH. IT.

508 Broad St, ElizabethtonI have eaten at the El Charolais in Johnson City a few times and I always found the food and service very good, but this was my first time eating at their Elizabethton location. My husband and I shared the Pina Loca - a pineapple filed with chunks of the pineapple, chicken, steak, shrimp, chorizo, peppers, and onions. It was delicious! I will rate this as one of the best dishes I have ever had at any Mexican restaurant. Service was good, the restaurant was very clean and colorful. My only complaint is that it is a small restaurant and it felt very crowded. Would I return? Heck yes!!! And next time, I will order my own Pina Loca; it is too good to share!

Maybe after some more training all cooks will be on the same page. Other than that loves the place and staff.

135 Sycamore Shoals Dr, ElizabethtonGreat staff just understaffed. I will be volunteering. And I will find a home for Mr. Harper and ms. Sunshine ?. I love all of the animals but Harper has been there far too long. And poor sunshine needs love rn more than anything. Poor babies I wish I had a domesticated animal sanctuary I would keep them all.
