“From the start of the loan process at the local bank, they asked us a few questions and said that they would have a loan officer contact us. Within a day Rod emailed and began the process absolutely amazing experience. The job that was done was really beyond anything we would think was going to happen. Obviously for a mortgage, there’s a ton of paperwork checks and double check the app very user-friendly the communications from Rod at the mortgage company to the underwriters to the closing table. Absolutely wonderful experience. If for some reason we ever buy another house, we would definitely be going back to the same people , Verizon bank did a fabulous job from the local branch to the mortgage writers to the underwriters all the way through the closing table and cannot ask for anyone better on your side”

“We have received such great customer support at this Regions Bank branch by bankers including, but not limited to, Brittney, Areka, and Lee. Each individual has a skillset and knowledge base that we've never experienced before. Even while the building is under renovations, they stay on top of things and keep the line short. They are quick, but take their time to explain things to you and assist you with any issues you may be having. The service is great and we will stay with Regions for a long time!!!!”
