“I recently was attempting to assist a gentleman after his cell phone service was cut off. He thought was a Verizon phone and I took him to the Verizon store on Broadway in Knoxville. Two employees, Marq Martin and Gabe Love spent over 20 minutes researching the issue. It turned out it was not a Verizon phone but one that uses Verizon's network. They told us exactly what we needed to do to resolve the issue. Marq and Gabe were extremely patient and professional. They are greatly appreciated.”

(Knoxville, Chapman Highway, Verizon store) I just took a trek to many other wireless brand stores… many times only 1 person… when I entered here about 5 extremely professional and energetic Workers! “This T-Mobile store is one of the best in the area as their employees have great customer service. Every time I've visited this store, the employees were friendly, helpful, & explained information to the best of their ability. The employees here really do their best for the customer. Even though I can't say the same for the actual company as it has become expensive with less perks. The only true negative I have with the company is that they don't trap you with a contract, but they do trap you in other ways. But at this store the employees are very helpful & do a good job at providing the information you need so you can understand what your plan has to offer. It's also clean, there's plenty of parking, & I've never had to wait long to be helped by an employee at this location.”

“I like Walmart in Halls! I never thought I'd say that about any Walmart, but since moving to Knoxville in 2020, and having a Walmart, and not much else nearby, I've given it a chance. Now, I have to be clear, Walmart's shelves are messy, prices are sometimes not marked, cleanliness can be lacking in some aisles, employees don't care much about anything, let alone even acknowledge you, the produce department sucks big time, but I have come to accept that. Weird, because I'm not one to lower my standards, but, I admit, I have with Walmart. Maybe it's a Halls thing. Yep, I think it is! What I do like is that Walmart has a nice variety of food items, especially in the condiments aisle. I spend more than I should on things in that aisle. Walmart has good ciabatta rolls, Baskin Robbins Rocky Road and Chocolate Chip ice cream for $3 a pint, and they have a selection of small Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes for a fair price. If I'm in the mood, I stroll around the store to kind of "window shop," Hey, like I said, there's not much else around Halls, so Walmart is my thing. I also have to admit, they have so many self-checkout registers, rarely do I have to wait in line. I never thought I'd like self checkout, but cashiers around here are s-l-o-w, no matter what store you go to! Anyways, Walmart is my go-to store. I give Walmart in Halls four stars!”
