He was super kind, asked me questions to better understand what I was after and even adjusted my plan to help me save some money. Typically retail environments are the worst, but not this time. Drive was 45 minutes, hot day, and I had to get this off the checklist!
We walked in, Elijah was finishing up w his customer, the others all had someone, and he asked if he could help.
He was very pleasant and addressed our needs, wants, and was very knowledgeable. He gave us the best deal, transferred everything to our new phones, answered our questions, and even walked us out. After our last visit to AT&T in Ga, which we left in a less than happy mood, this was a very nice experience. Kudos for Elijah! He's a keeper!”

“I was at this store for a new phone yesterday. The young lady working was very helpful and sweet. The problem is the owner/manager calling her and yelling at her while I was there. I could hear him through the store phone. He appeared to try to get her to argue with him. This sweet young lady kept her cool and continued professional unlike the owner. I would return if she was there but if I walked in and a foreigner male was there I would leave.”
“Update 12-27-23Had to get new phone today with some pretty complicated requests regarding parental controls and Sierra was awesome to deal with. She set up everything perfectly and was tickled at how quickly she accomplished it all. Very grateful for all her efforts and help!Stopped by today to have new phone activated. I needed parental controls set up and had no clue what to do. Daniel went out of his way to help me, helping set everything up, showing me helpful features that needed to be turned on and others that needed to be turned off. What a God-send he was to us. Totally our hero, for sure!!! So very helpful. I also laughed a lot at a battery operated Chewbacca they have there that's hilarious. They were really great!”

Mobile family. We had to call customer service to have them help us set up our Pads that weren't worth us at the store during the change over process. I can not tell you how pressed we were with the customer service reps that we spoke with. If these phone reps are any indicator of a company's overall service we are extremely pleased so far.”

“This T-Mobile store is one of the best in the area as their employees have great customer service. Every time I've visited this store, the employees were friendly, helpful, & explained information to the best of their ability. The employees here really do their best for the customer. Even though I can't say the same for the actual company as it has become expensive with less perks. The only true negative I have with the company is that they don't trap you with a contract, but they do trap you in other ways. But at this store the employees are very helpful & do a good job at providing the information you need so you can understand what your plan has to offer. It's also clean, there's plenty of parking, & I've never had to wait long to be helped by an employee at this location.”
“I like Walmart in Halls! I never thought I'd say that about any Walmart, but since moving to Knoxville in 2020, and having a Walmart, and not much else nearby, I've given it a chance. Now, I have to be clear, Walmart's shelves are messy, prices are sometimes not marked, cleanliness can be lacking in some aisles, employees don't care much about anything, let alone even acknowledge you, the produce department sucks big time, but I have come to accept that. Weird, because I'm not one to lower my standards, but, I admit, I have with Walmart. Maybe it's a Halls thing. Yep, I think it is! What I do like is that Walmart has a nice variety of food items, especially in the condiments aisle. I spend more than I should on things in that aisle. Walmart has good ciabatta rolls, Baskin Robbins Rocky Road and Chocolate Chip ice cream for $3 a pint, and they have a selection of small Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes for a fair price. If I'm in the mood, I stroll around the store to kind of "window shop," Hey, like I said, there's not much else around Halls, so Walmart is my thing. I also have to admit, they have so many self-checkout registers, rarely do I have to wait in line. I never thought I'd like self checkout, but cashiers around here are s-l-o-w, no matter what store you go to! Anyways, Walmart is my go-to store. I give Walmart in Halls four stars!”

“I was able to get a new phone for $100 less than what my service provider wanted to charge me and i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Their accessories are very well priced too. Bought a dash mount and case. Dont use sketchy Marketplace or whatever. These guys do good solid business.”
