“Had to make TWO trips to O'Reilly's today (forgot to get specific parts on the first trip), and both times the staff was absolutely awesome in helping me with my projects. First trip, Davian went above and beyond helping me scan the codes for my partners Crosstrek, and helped me get the other items I needed. On the second trip, Ramona was awesome in helping me find the exact parts that I needed, even though they weren't listed specifically for my vehicle. Not only did both staff members make sure I got the parts I needed, we had great conversations and made me feel welcome in the store. Felt like I made new friends when leaving. I will definitely be coming back to this store specifically because of them!”

“My truck blew a radiator hose and I was stranded two hours from home. The staff at this O'Reilly's got me one in a couple of hours and delivered it to me where I was broke down. Without their great customer service this situation would have been much worse for me. On a side note other part stores in the area refused to deliver the hose to me even though they had it in stock. I will be ever grateful to the staff that helped me out. Thank you”

“Came in for help and had a bad experience with Keith he had a rude attitude and didn’t seem like he wanted to help at all but Allen was cool respectful and actually helped me out appreciate him a lot just wish the service was consistent 5 stars to allen but if it was keith i would leave 1 stars on all my 5 google account”
