“The owner is one of the worst people I have ever met! She has this poor maintenance man & I stayed there a few days & she would beat on his door at 8:30 every morning & he would work all day & never saw him get a lunch break! This other person who lived there said that he worked to pay for his room! That she never paid him any money & that he worked 7 days a week 8 to 10 hrs a day! The rooms are not taking care of due to her not wanting to really fix anything & they have Cockroaches! Would not recommend”
“Got it by accident after a 2 hour traffic jam on I-40.What a wonderful surprise to find this gem.Night clerk was awesome and considerate: congratulations my friend, not to many people like you left in the work force. Then the room was just like the picture and such an impeccable cleaning that I understand was done by Dalia, a Spanish young lady.Mr. Sammy Patel, you are definitely doing something right to have this great people working for you.Rooms: Finally someone has really clean rooms !!!!Noteworthy details: Exceptional young people and very good cleaning done to the room.”

“I was told my reservation was canceled because my card was declined. Which was impossible because it was the same card I used to check in with and I had a conformation number. I had to get a room that was $137 a night instead of the $91 room I reserved.”

“This is a great location! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I found this to be the case this visit with Mr. Lee Huey. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I had an issue with my room, and he sent maintenance to help immediately. The maintenance man on duty was also friendly and helpful. Both of these employees went above and beyond to address my issue with the tv. I will definitely stay at this location again! It is always a pleasant experience.”
“We had a king sized room it came with a sleeper sofa. However, no linens came with the sofa.
The hotel was built on 2006, I believe. It was going to have some wear and tear. AC worked well but the main cover was broken and came off if you bumped it.
The exhaust fan in 306, didn’t work and was not flush with the ceiling.
Continental breakfast was ok. Potatoes and eggs were cold.
Every staff member we came across was pleasant with the exception of the front desk the early morning we checked out.
He didn’t seem pleased we left so early and a bother to him.”

“We stayed at this hotel as a family, we were a group of 13 and we had a great time. I must highlight the cleanliness, the comfort of the beds made in an impeccable way, the pillows were very very comfortable, the kitchen was a super good extra, it had everything we needed for a light stay, even so we were able to prepare food for everyone. We really liked that the bathroom and the additional sink have dispensers with Dove products, and extra, small bar soaps, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers so you can use as much as you need, and also makeup remover wipes. It is not like other hotels that put the shampoo and soap in small containers. No..... this hotel has been more generous. The breakfast was good, the fruits were fresh, there was milk of various types, yogurt, cereals, eggs, sausages, and everything that is generally found in hotels. A nice hotel, it smells clean, there is no smell of humidity, the interior decoration could be more modern, that would enhance the spaces... green plants and flowers are always a YES. In our room there was a table to eat and another for work, an excellent sofa bed and sheets, blankets and pillows were ready. We appreciate the hospitality. Without a doubt, we will return.”

“The front desk staff have been the best ever! They go over and beyond. This will be my go to, in town hotel. The hotel is clean and smells nice. The rooms are spacious. The beds are very nice and soft. I only wish they had breakfast but there are a lot of options nearby, even walking distance. Walmart I literally down the street, and walking distance if you need to. I am enjoying my stay.”
“From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was outstanding — the room, bathroom, and common areas were spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable and relaxing.
The front desk staff truly stood out. Felicia, Lynnette and Brandi were awesome. They were professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. They even helped me with my strap I broke on my dress. They turned into seamstress to help me get ready for my impromptu photoshoot in the lobby for my 47th birthday.
I arrived on Dec 30th until Jan 4th, each day I had a conversation with those ladies as if I had known them for ever.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, a clean environment, and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great customer service.”

Back again. A great hotel, looks like a few updates. Decorated for the holidays, looks nice. Front desk very friendly and the restaurant/bar staff are incredible. My room had some weird issues, fuses would blow and the HVAC had a constant hum ALL NIGHT. Maintenance showed up in the morning when I called about fuses, fast response and agreed that there was a problem with the HVAC. Overall a good stay.

Stayed here a few times. Great place to stay and even hangout, the have a great restaurant and bar. You can't charge your meal to your room anymore!? Always clean and so easy to check in with app, never talked to the front desk.”

“Great priced for a larger space/suite. Parking lot and neighboring housing felt sketchy but we had no issues. There was a strange smell in the building but my nose adjusted. Room was clean. Kitchen had one glass and maybe a few plates but nothing else so actually usually the kitchen would not have been possible if that had been my intention. The room was so hot on 3rd floor in January, I had to put on the AC. Bed was comfortable. No complaints for the affordable pricing.”
“I have extreme anxiety because of past hotel experiences in Memphis. So I was very nervous when coming to stay at this establishment. This one was excellent. The rooms were clean. The staff was exceptional. The area was quiet, yet close to restaurants and shopping. I will be back.”
“This newly renovated hotel is the ideal spot to stay while in Memphis because it's conveniently located between Bartlett and other small suburbs. They've just renovated the second and third floor and are in the process of renovating the first floor along with the workout room, Swimming Pools and more. They have a complimentary 7:00 a.m. breakfast which is always fantastic when you're starting a day. The rooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly. The only tip I have is that if you book a room make sure to try to book it on the side of the hotel facing the parking lot as there is a trash truck at the neighboring hotel that always comes at 4:00 a.m. to pick up. It's not the fault of the Marriott, just the fact that the neighboring hotel has the trash can place super close to the rooms. We stay here three times a year and a have for the last 7 years and I've never had a bad experience. I would recommend this hotel over any neighboring hotels around.”

“Everything was fabulous! I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast in the mornings. There were brochures to look through if you needed ideas of things to do. Location was the best. I always pick this area for my stay because everything is nearby. Only wished it was a pool. Other than that, Great visit!!

Nearby activities: Huge outdoor mall nearby with tons of restaurants and cheap-ish gas.
Food & drinks: Breakfast in the morning. Coffee and juice choices available.”

“I really enjoy staying at the Garden Inn's. They always have a different vibe than the other Hilton properties. There was a lot of food options around this hotel and it was very easy to make it back to the interstate the next day. The only thing is the breakfast is not included, so I opted to eat breakfast on the way out of town. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The rooms were clean and smelled good.”

“The hotel is extremely clean, and beds are very comfortable. It's a bit dated, but an excellent place to stay. The staff is very attentive, and personally friendly. The bathrooms are updated, and spotless, just like the suite we stayed in. The TV is new and clear, WIFI access was equally great.
The elevator is a plus too.”
