Had reservation, showed up about 1am. Couldn't get in door. No one answered phone, no one at counter. Finally after 35 mins standing at front door, someone opens door. Breakfast had no bread, no forks, no help. Girl at front desk wouldn't get off her iphone to tell people in kitchen.

Moderately loud. Staff attitudes not up to par. When staff are asked for simple items you can hear them mumble under their breath before they talk louder with 'tude of some sort.

We had to switch rooms due to the first smelling very strongly of marijuana. The staff immediately moved us to a new room. Everything else was very nice.
