“The gentleman who helped me was very caring. I called and explained my steering wheel was shaking when I drove and asked how much it was for a diagnostic. He told me he wouldn’t do any work before letting me know the cost and he squeezed me in same day/ short notice. They checked my car quickly and told me it was my tire causing the shaking and didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic. He didn’t have the tires in stock but was kind enough to tell me exactly what was wrong, even printing it out for me to take elsewhere. In my opinion this was very honest and caring. 3 other places were going to charge me $100 plus just to look at the car before any work. Thank you for the kind service and I will return for future work.”

“I live outside Atlanta and was visiting my sister near Memphis. I discovered a radiator leak and called Birch. The owner, John Brandon, was extremely polite and got me in right away. All the employees I met were knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to use a loaner car and continue my visit while they took care of everything that same day. They thoroughly explained the problem and the necessary repairs/replacements needed. I highly recommend this business!”

“I went to get a replacement tire. Although I told the guy what I needed he insisted on telling me what he thought was best. Seeing the potential that he might actually be right I gave him my tire and left. Came back in the agreed hour and my tire hadn't been looked at all. They were busy. I agreed to come back for the tire the next day, and as it would be he could not fix my tire because it needed to be replaced, and he did not have the size I needed to replace it. I did experience good customer service and the people weren't rude or unprofessional. But I wasn't listened to, and ended up wasting my time. At the end of it all they referred me to another tire shop that got the job done.”

I pulled right into Gateway and these guys had me back up and running in less than half an hour! Josh and Kelan went above and beyond to help. This staff is super friendly and super helpful. 5 stars from me!”
“Great Tire Center, Knowledgeable staff, very helpful and communicative, and adapts to issues with good communication.
Replaced tires on 2 cars there, and received 2 warranty tires. Neither tire was in stock, so it was a 4-6 day delivery delay on both vehicles, but they were able to get me in promptly once they arrived and the work was quality.
I hit a severe pothole (and the wheel broke in half) one month after getting new tires--Costco ordered replacement warranty tires days before Hurricane Helene hit disrupting their supply chain, when the tires had not arrived, they promptly apologized (not their fault) got tires re-ordered and made me an appointment despite them not arriving yet. They replaced the damaged rims when installing new tires, and did a great job. The next time I need tires will likely be after I have moved elsewhere, but would go back to this location again if I could.”

Recently, I brought my new truck in for the first time a week ago. I was having alignment issues and needed new tires. The guys were very helpful, informative, and patient as I weighed out my options and took time deciding which tires I wanted.
My wheels are not a common size, but they still found a great option and got them in the next day. My truck was dropped off at 8 am and finished by lunchtime. Now it rides like a dream!

“Your front of house is fantastic. Customer service was amazing. I usually go to the location on Poplar on east side of germantown and the lady that I have delt with is very unpleasant. When I came in for a brake inspection she informed me I was not scheduled. Then I realized I called the wrong germantown location. When I arrived on Exeter I was greated as soon as I stepped in, the gentleman that helped me was professional, friendly, and just pleasant to deal with. Communication during the repair was timely and fantastic. Even when I came to get my car 2 different staff greated me and not only took great care of me but also delt with a very difficult customer who was being very unreasonable. They kept calm and friendly while trying to help her even with her being rude and demanding. I have to say blown away by the customer service. You should congratulate your staff, they absolutely earned my business moving forward. Well done”

“Doug's auto service is a great shop, I bought my drop top jaguar their about 2 months ago my left side small window was motor was gone out he couldn't find the part no where but the dealer and they wanted a arm and a leg for it . Mr Doug did not want to over charge me for the high cost the dealer was charging for the part . So he suggested 2 places on line that he thought I may be able to find it . And he allowed me to find the parts myself and he said ; when I fine it , I could bring it back and he would charge me for the labor. And that's what I did. He did not overcharge me and they did and awesome job! Mr Doug is fair in my opinion! I will be recommending them to my friends and family!!! Thank Mr Doug and crew they were all nice!!?”
