Long lines everywhere when we arrived in Memphis at a busy time, but Hertz was moving people through quick. And having the gold membership paid off to walk to the car with the keys in it, spot designated, no check in needed, all of which made it easy with two kids. Much appreciated, thank you Memphis crew!

Was told there were no cars left even though I had reserved months in advance we were told to come back the next day we were just in for a weekend to see my daughter at college. They managed to get a car but was nerve wrecking not sure k will go through that uncertainty again with this company

When I arrived as a President's Circle member, there were no cars, no preference for loyalty in the 30+ minutes I had to wait, and no concern or sense of urgency from the staff. Bad trip.
