“I so love these ladies so sweet. Michelle was amazing. My church group needed a van to go out of town in and she made it possible for Tlc to travel. Our rental was great a great success I will go back again and again. Also has sent family and friends to them....let me also say that it was extremely clean and the process was professional and fast. They rock in my book!!!!!”

“Called Thompson’s re: Class A, 38’ CAT diesel that had broken down. Initial call was about 1 hour before closing. Service representative said they could service RV, however, they would be locking the gates (for drop off) in about 45 minutes. They gave me the name & phone # for towing. During the next 45 minutes I had occasion to call them about 5 times - they were always very polite & gave me the info requested. I let them know when tow truck arrived & when we were on the road to them. The timeline was short to get it to them. Thompson’s stayed in touch with me, they called for estimated arrival and in the end - because we weren’t able to get there before closing due to heavy rush hour traffic , they STAYED OPEN past closing for us AND kept the gate to their secured lot open. They had paperwork ready for us. We’ll hear today from them regarding repairs. THANK YOU THOMPSON’S for going above and beyond getting us in!!!”

Both the person who helped us reserve the 10' truck and the person onsite that finished our rental were great to work with. Everything was great with the truck and check out was very easy.”

A tip for people renting. Bring those trucks in spotless so it takes less time to clean up for the next renter. Person before us left a mess, and Penske had to clean it, delaying our exit. This is supper important if they are short staffed.”

Loved how solid the cargo area was with the solid wood flooring and Secure wall for tying down! Reminded me of moving trucks from 70s. (A welcome and very significant contrast to Enterprise’s moving truck rental competitor - we rented from them a week ago. They had Very flimsy truck walls - not much to tie go when moving) Will rent from Enterprise again for safe and secure moving (do you know how rough these roads are?! You want your stuff secure!!) Well-worth the mileage expense!”

I just felt like the team here is made up of some really nice folks. I was treated with respect and even when my requests could've seemed silly or even like a nuisance they never acted that way.
