Memphis Extended Stay offers basic accommodation at a good price. Experiences vary significantly. Some guests found the rooms delightful, clean, and safe, with very responsive security and helpful, nice staff. They appreciated on-site amenities like a potential gym, a concession desk for essentials, and free services. Many enjoyed their stay, noting everything was clean and nice, with incredible service under new management that is making updates.
However, other reviews report serious issues including roaches, musty smells, and malfunctioning air conditioning. The location is considered cool and walkable, but noise from other guests can be a problem at times. While some felt very safe with quick police response, the presence of stairs may be a concern for some. Overall, it is an okay option for the price, but quality can be inconsistent.
Rooms ac and heat work bed is a bed but it might be stained up from you already know. Other than that it's good people staying there for the most part

The room is fine except for the safety, there’s literally roaches under the bed and bedbugs inside the bed. I felt disgusted by the bathroom because the toilet looks like river water and I will rather not stay here than staying with roaches crawling at me
