Marriott Memphis East offers a mixed experience for its guests. Many appreciate the clean rooms and comfortable beds, as well as the hotel's great location near restaurants and Whole Foods. Some guests have enjoyed the service in the restaurant and the concierge lounge, although others found it lacking. The lobby has been noted to be uncomfortably cold, with some guests expressing concern for the staff working in those conditions. Overall, guests have experienced both pleasant and frustrating moments during their stays at Marriott Memphis East.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Walls seemed thinner than the average hotel. Pool was not open during posted hours and had not been cleaned.
