“Store Manager, Danny and DT went above and beyond the call of duty to do a phone transfer which was complicated because my phone was on my niece’s Michigan account and one of several phones that were transferring from Verizon to AT&T. After my old phone was transferred to my new phone they even provided additional help connecting some of my apps. I had AT&T service for my cell phone in the past and always used this store and received great service. I just want the powers at be to know that this AT&T location in Cordova is lucky to have such great employees. So glad to be back with AT&T.”

Ranging from Samsung, Motorola and many more. He decided to go with the Samsung and the $30 plan. He also purchased the screen protector, case. This was a good experience with cricket today.”

I hadn't gotten a notice that the account was paid for /but I got notice that they were gonna account..she sent notice this month correctly....I didn't invite person to come to counter......data confuse me when extreme go slow she say phone is ok .I say ok”

“I've been having issues with everything to do with att&t wireless services . Recently my phone updated software , after a green line appeared and half the screen stopped responding. I came in to the poplar plaza store 3 minutes before closing. Tyler restored my faith in customer service. Honestly if I wouldn't have encountered tyler, I was at the absolute end of my relationship with at&t. Please give this man a raise promotion something he is truly a blessing!! “Store itself is fine but being charged $20 for a late fee because somethings wrong w/auto pay & the fact that I’ve been a Loyal Customer for 23 plus years & have multiple lines with you. I really take issue with the fact that I have never gotten any discounts on new phones which are only available for new customers. I do understand why but you would think after an amount of time there would be some consideration for the more loyal, proven not to mention reliable Customer’s. Thanks for letting me vent however would be more grateful to get a new phone discount.”
