“I came in with a truck overheating. I was still about three blocks out. I called them and asked him if they had someone to could bring me some water cause I was coming to them he said give me about 15 to 20 minutes and I will try to get someone there Anyways, I got there they got my truck right in started working on it and they put me up in a break room with the TV Coffee and water Came back and offered me lunch. I was treated like I was a part of the family couldn't ask for a better experience as a truck driver. “This was an absolute awesome experience from start to finish. The reservation online was easy! The store staff called the morning of to confirm. Arrived to store and they were prepared and aware of the reservation. Picked it up as scheduled! The vehicle was great! Returning was extremely professional as well! “Called Thompson’s re: Class A, 38’ CAT diesel that had broken down. Initial call was about 1 hour before closing. Service representative said they could service RV, however, they would be locking the gates (for drop off) in about 45 minutes. They gave me the name & phone # for towing. During the next 45 minutes I had occasion to call them about 5 times - they were always very polite & gave me the info requested. I let them know when tow truck arrived & when we were on the road to them. The timeline was short to get it to them. Thompson’s stayed in touch with me, they called for estimated arrival and in the end - because we weren’t able to get there before closing due to heavy rush hour traffic , they STAYED OPEN past closing for us AND kept the gate to their secured lot open. They had paperwork ready for us. We’ll hear today from them regarding repairs. THANK YOU THOMPSON’S for going above and beyond getting us in!!!”

“I took delivery of unit 504966 on 02/13/26 and arrived at this location after notifying my Penske/Epes representative in Greensboro, NC, of a mechanical concern. Upon arrival, I was courteously greeted by Jericka and directed to complete the kiosk check-in process. I was advised that a technician would assist me shortly thereafter.
Technician Evan responded promptly and brought the unit into a service bay. Once the repair process began, the team worked efficiently. The technician supervisor, Ben, explained that there appeared to be a wiring-related issue, and a jumper was installed on the 600-series harness as an interim solution.
Later, another technician, also named Ben, met with me in the waiting area and informed me that the unit would need to remain overnight to allow a morning technician to further diagnose and address the electrical concern.
I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by the staff throughout the service process. Continued emphasis on proactive communication and timely updates would further enhance the customer experience, minimize downtime, and support drivers who rely on safe and dependable equipment.”

We rented a 15 passenger ford van, which had 1,367 miles so we got to help break it in with an additional 800 or so miles. The rental was had spacious seating and luggage area and price was worth it! The rental representative was awesome! I will use their rental again!”
“I couldn't say enough nice things about these folks. Everyone on staff was going out of their way to help me and I kept having little things that I needed on top of the major repair they already completed. I just felt like the team here is made up of some really nice folks. I was treated with respect and even when my requests could've seemed silly or even like a nuisance they never acted that way.
