I was very disappointed that the only vehicle available for my reservation was electric. When you make a reservation, it should advise you what type of vehicle you will get. If I knew it was going to be electric, I would have went with a different rental company. I will not use this one again.

I have been trying for 3 days to get a receipt. I’ve called customer service numerous times and they keep saying they are sending the receipt but I never get it. I have given multiple email addresses at this point. Very bad place, do not rent from here.

Rented a car a week ahead for Indy. Had a confirmation number. I got to the rental counter and this sign was up. Terrible. Do not use them! Out of cars?
