Flight was early. No cars available had to wait an hour then go stand back in line to get my vehicle. Couldn't event get checked in and just called when the vehicle was ready. Ridiculous

Late flight so we rented a car and had an exceptional customer service experience. Specifically, with Chiko from Avis and Ben from Payless Car Rentals. Very patient, knowledgeable and efficient.
