I was lucky and I went in when they were just coming out of the oven, they were warm and delicious. They bring us bread from Nashville to Knoxville and the bread is always delicious!”

“I recently broke my ankle and hard getting in and out of car. Traveling through I stopped in and Dalton came out, asked what I needed, retrieved items and would not even accept a tip for his efforts in the rain. This is great service from a multi-location vendor, but more importantly their employee going above and beyond. IF Dalton is an example of most of their employees, Twice Daily should be VERY happy. In a world of complaints, they should be complimented. The ENTIRE organization.Very well done.”
“Not only do they have fresh baked goods, and needed household and pantry items but they are usually opened when other places are closed.I revisited the store and again I am impressed. The didn't have the eggplant I wanted, so the manager directed me to the closest store that did. These are truly good people and a good neighborhood store. 5 More Stars from John's take.”

I wish I had got their names..”
“Always great customer service. Not sure what that other person is talking about in terms of overpriced items and receipts. If you absolutely require a receipt for every purchase you make for some reason, maybe let them know you want a receipt before you pay? Also, it's a CONVENIENCE store. If you want milk cheaper, maybe don't go to a gas station convenience store to buy it?”
