“I honestly don't know where to start. my daughter and i came in on a Friday night an hr before they close. we were looking for pageant dress last min. (her pageant was the next day) the person that asst us she was EXTREMLY!!!! helpful. she was the sweetest person towards my daughter and made her feel important that's a plus. she immediately was looking for dresses for my daughter. unfortunately, nothing seems to work for my daughter. I was to the point where I almost had a nervous breakdown, and my daughter was about to quite because we didn't have a dress. I talk to my daughter motivated her on NOT! to quite that I was going to figure it out and she was doing her pageant! while all this is happening the person that was helping us, she continued to look for dresses. I ask her if they had any silhouettes slips available? she said off course. (mommy had an idea) at this point their lights were turning off and we were the only ones there. I ended up purchasing the slip (on top of all that she gave a small discount). I was going to say her name but if she reads this, she knows exactly who she is. I just have to say you're an ANGEL send by God! your such an amazing person! I will never forget how amazing you were and how patient, loving you were with us. my daughter loves you! please continue to be that amazing! I pray for you and all your family!

“I went to redwing in Smyrna and never have been a customer and I thought I knew what I needed to know about work boots until the first person with the brightest smile and attention was fixed upon me from the time I got there to the time I left. Her name was Lindsey and she told me all about the services available even if I felt unconfident in the shoe that they would have my back so I got some shoes and decided they weren't right for me. I came back the next week and there she was again with the same attitude and attention. She made sure I was taken care of just like she had stated before, gave me a refund for the old boots and swapped for new ones with insoles I never knew would help so much. I'm definitely coming back to this location. She had amazing story about her because I asked how she was so positive and outgoing and it honestly inspired me to live happier day to day. So nice to meet you Lindsey!

“I have been going to ArchMasters for over 8 years and it has always been a great experience. I have had custom orthotics and they have been super beneficial and the care that goes into making them fit me and support me has been amazing. Needed to take my orthotics in today to get the top cover fixed and it only took 15 minutes. Highly recommend!”

“Came into the store late on a Wednesday looking for a size 12 & 8.5 in a specific shoe they didn’t have in store, Cece & DK immediately jumped into action to help me, they called stores in the area that had that shoe and went out of their way to make sure the order got prepared and shipped out in time for me to get them on Saturday, even called the store to give them a heads up we were placing an online order, these 2 individuals deserve a raise the way they were so helpful & attentive! These 2 individuals are the reason I’ll be back at this Hibbet location. Thank you!”

“I wish I had remembered to write a review just after my experience at this Galleria Mall location so that I could thank the employee who helped me. I know nothing about fashion and had to find clothes for a black tie wedding. She was so quick to offer advice, scouring the store for dress that would work. And this was my experience a few years ago when I again needed help with wedding attire. This is kind of customer service is what so many stores are missing!”

“It's a decent score, the prices were good (I was hunting for a suit). Not a lot of staff walking around which is a good and a neutral thing. Little work to find someone when I needed them, but I prefer to peruse alone so that's mostly a positive thing. Clean as you would expect.”

“I only went to the store to do a return for my boyfriend. But I have to say, at a time when corporate America sucks and customer service is so rare, I wanted to take the time to comment. The employee that helped me seemed to care so much . It was so refreshing. He was handling me and the other customers by himself. He was super friendly and apologetic for the mishap which clearly isn’t his fault. It was just nice to see someone care and take pride. So many corporations treat employees so horribly it’s ruined morale. For some reason this gentleman really cares to help. He had glasses, was white and thin build with facial hair. I wish I had his name. It was Tuesday April 14 at about 1 pm. The Antioch location in Nashville. I hope he gets recognized in some way because I never do this but felt he deserved a shout out.”

“The store is great which is why I give it 4 stars.
But this review is more of the people who shop there which are 0 star people. Every time I go in, there's always someone leaving a mess like this or worse. Today it was 2 mom's stringing everything out, put nothing back and allowed their 2+ year olds to throw the shoes around, stomp on boxes, run around, scream and throw tempertantrums.
I'm seriously so sorry to the workers at this location who have to clean this mess up that should have never happened!”

They have some of the last climbing shoes I adore that were discontinued (I have searched EVERYWHERE for these things). They shipped super fast, and I got them in their original box brand new!
