“I am brand new to the area so I rented a dolly from here and bought a couple of household essentials. Cory, the manager on duty, handled the transaction and he was an absolute gem. He was such a joy to interact with that I was happily distracted from my anxiety regarding a move where literally everything went wrong in a series of laughably unfortunate events. It was such a welcomed distraction. Cory’s customer service is simply impeccable. He exudes kindness, engages with each customer in an authentically enthusiastic manner and he is clearly an awesome supervisor to the team he leads from what I observed. Everyone there was just great. I was so impressed with them that I'll be exclusively shopping at Ace from here on out. I was a store manager at Lowe’s for 3 years and would have loved having someone like Cory on my team - not just because of his relevant knowledge (which he is clearly informed about given the very helpful info he readily provided in response to my many questions) but just his remarkable attitude alone. I can’t emphasize enough how much of a positive energy he brings to the table and what a tremendous difference that makes for the entire store. I was inspired by his overall professionalism but I was even more impressed by how he communicates with his fellow employees. It was abundantly clear that he treats them with immense kindness, respect, and patience as they were completely comfortable asking him clarifying questions, joking around with him and just being themselves. Spending years working in management has taught me how valuable his personality type and admirable approach to leadership is. He’s clearly fostered a very happy & fun environment for the whole team. A manager’s demeanor can totally make or break the collective work-day experience for everyone involved and his is stellar. Cory seems like a genuinely amiable, fun, humorous and approachable guy who is knowledgeable in all the ways that matter and possesses the best leadership qualities that someone in management should have. He referred me to several employees who were particularly informed about plants (I’m trying to fine tune my green thumb so I can be a better plant mom, haha🪴) and encouraged me to sign up for the Ace rewards card, which actually saved me $10 on a beautiful Caladium I bought. Plus, he referenced a quote from a System of a Down song so you know he has excellent taste in music too 🤘🏻haha. I just wanted to write in and share what a truly awesome experience it was to chat with him and explain why I will absolutely be a frequent shopper here. Also, it's worth mentioning that their plants are GORGEOUS!!!!!!”

Seriously, best Ace garden center ever. Great staff. Healthy plants. Great prices. Love this place. There are 2 aces significantly closer to me, but when I want a plant, I will absolutely drive this far.
Their plants are healthier then some nurseries in the area, by far.”
“Who doesn't love harbor freight? I'm not going to pay hundreds for the same thing. More than likely there is project I saw on Pinterest I'm attempting so until I see a need to spend hundreds of dollars on a drill and even if I do , harbor freight will be my place to go. Budget friendly to expert quality and large selection so how could you go wrong?”
“I placed my order online but did call the store and spoke to someone about how long it might take to receive my chain hoist since it was not available in the store (shipped from the factory).
I got my answer that it might take 10 days to arrive. So I placed my order.”
“This place doesn't sale to the public but they really helped us out. We were looking for siding to match our 34 yr old house that is no longer made,they had something very similar that work and sold to us. We greatly appreciate Matt for helping us out!”

Tractor Supply is one of the few stores left that still feels… real.
Not overly polished. Not fake. Just hardworking people, good conversations, and everything you didn’t know you needed until you walked out spending twice what you planned

And the crazy part? The employees actually help you.
That’s rare now.
You can tell Tractor Supply understands small towns, community, hard work, and the kind of people who don’t mind getting dirt on their boots.
Honestly, stores like this deserve more recognition.
