“We moved to Ooltewah a few weeks ago, and from my very first visit to Elders Ace Hardware—and the many trips since—everyone has been absolutely fantastic. Andrew has helped me multiple times, whether I needed assistance finding a simple product or was working through a much more involved project. He has consistently been patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to make sure I had exactly what I needed. After moving into our home, we quickly realized that the keys we were given only worked for our smart keypad, and we didn’t have keys for six other locks throughout the house. Once again, Andrew helped me find the products I needed to get everything sorted out. Steven, the store manager, went above and beyond as well. He stepped away from his responsibilities to watch a video with me and personally help me rekey all of my locks. He made it feel as though I was the only customer in the store, even though he obviously had plenty of other things he could have been doing. What really stands out about Elders Ace is that the staff isn’t just polite—they are genuinely knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. You don’t get that level of service everywhere anymore. We’re very glad to have Elders Ace Hardware nearby and will absolutely continue to make it our go-to hardware store.
