“I had a great experience with Riley! I told her the issues I was having, and she quickly got me sized and recommended some shoes with features to help with keeping my feet in line. She gave me several options, and although they didn't have many color options, she did the best she could to accommodate. They are expanding to include Brooks as well as New Balance, and I ended up with a pair of Brooks. They were so comfortable I wore them out of the store!”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Words can’t explain the service I received it is among the best I’ve had in all the shoe stores I have been in. Eli and this guy named Tre or Steavy got me every shoe I needed EVEN IF I HAD TO ORDER! I was even having a bad day and complained about my tire being flat and those guys came out side and CHANGED MY TIRE! I was amazed! New shoes and fresh tire! I made it home safely with a fresh pair of Micheal Jordan Shoes!”

“Hamilton place mall employees are better , After visiting north gate mall in experience a employee that did seem to care. This experience exceed my expectations. The young man that help me was very informative and I actually bought two pairs of shoes. I would of did at Northgate but the employee didn't have time for my service, an quite rude. Hamilton place finish line is better than Northgate”

“5 stars for selection and value. My 9-year-old grandson had his heart set on a particular pair of Michael Jordan’s and we had stopped at several stores in the mall. This was a master lesson is shopping for value as other stores had the same shoe priced quite a bit higher. The selection for kids here is awesome with Nike, Michael Jordan, Adidas, Champion and more. We paid $60 on sale for a pair that were normally $90, which we saw elsewhere for $80 on sale. “I have been in customer service for over 20 years and I know how frustrating entitled customers are, and I also know how rude employees can be, but on January 24th 2026, Simone (employee) anticipated my needs before I even knew she was there. She was so thoughtful so kind so patient and so pretty. Instead of pointing and saying, it’s over there, she excitedly said may I please get it for you? She even took it up front for me since of course I didn’t get a cart, and I already had other items in my hands , so I could continue shopping without frustration. Renee the store manager and her crew were very knowledgeable with there boots and the products they sale there.
