“I’ve been with this bank since they open in Fairview! I miss the old crew, the actual crew that helped you in times of need. Don’t get me wrong, this new crew will help you out to a certain point! I love Ms Amelia and Jessica as well as Teresa! Those 3 were the only ones I dealt with and they did me favors. Now it’s like pulling teeth! I will continue to stay with this branch as long as Amelia and Jessica stay there. Good thing I don’t go out there much or call them anymore.”

“Two years ago we decided to move from BoA to Pinnacle Financial Partners. We wanted a local bank that gave us premium customer service and fewer fees. We did some research on some local FB groups and we got great feedback about Pinnacle. And we are SO glad we made the switch. While BoA has tons of ATMs, you can also get similar ATM access with Pinnacle...and no fees. The customer service here has also been stellar. The team responds super quick and always with amazing attitudes. Maybe this bank isn't as "shinny" as the big international banks, but we feel right at home here due to the great personal attention and flexibility we've experienced. “When we moved to a small town, one of our hopes and dreams was that our kids would be able to experience what a community bank truly is. Today that happened! My 13-year-old was able to open up a checking and savings account. And my 9-year-old was able to start a savings account. Laura Mazeall, the branch manager, explained the difference between each account. Talked about the importance of having good credit. Explained how the money they deposit goes back into the community they live in. And how she is always a phone call away and is willing to help them with anything. Not only that, but they got to participate in a fun basketball promotion, Learn how to make a deposit at the teller station, And received fun, swag items and free popcorn. When we walked out, they had big smiles on their faces and I told them that not every bank is like this, but that when you find one that is you hold onto it! I'm so grateful to have Apex Bank in our community and even more grateful to have a passionate banker like Laura in our lives!”
“Granted we do not have an account with this Bank. Yet that is! We've had to go in and have things notarized and I forget, but a couple of other small pieces of business in the past. And the people there have been a joy to deal with! They seem like they truly care about customer service. As soon as our business slows down a little bit and we have the time which will be in the next 60 days hopefully much quicker than that. We are going to close out our 25-30 year old Bank of America accounts and move them all over here! “I went to the Truist on Highway 70 two weeks ago. I needed to get a temporary debit card until the new one arrived in the mail. I am handicapped and my power wheelchair was in the back of my daughter‘s car. When we put it together we couldn’t get it to work, user error of course, but the people were so nice and helpful. A nice employee came out and took my license and information and went inside to get that transaction done and brought the new card out to the car so I didn’t have to worry about it. So helpful and took away so much stress! Just fantastic service. I didn’t get her name and I wish I had, but she was great!”
