“I’ve been with this bank since they open in Fairview! I miss the old crew, the actual crew that helped you in times of need. Don’t get me wrong, this new crew will help you out to a certain point! I love Ms Amelia and Jessica as well as Teresa! Those 3 were the only ones I dealt with and they did me favors. Now it’s like pulling teeth! I will continue to stay with this branch as long as Amelia and Jessica stay there. Good thing I don’t go out there much or call them anymore.”
“Two years ago we decided to move from BoA to Pinnacle Financial Partners. We wanted a local bank that gave us premium customer service and fewer fees. We did some research on some local FB groups and we got great feedback about Pinnacle. And we are SO glad we made the switch. While BoA has tons of ATMs, you can also get similar ATM access with Pinnacle...and no fees. The customer service here has also been stellar. The team responds super quick and always with amazing attitudes. Maybe this bank isn't as "shinny" as the big international banks, but we feel right at home here due to the great personal attention and flexibility we've experienced. “I went to this location to finalize a chase credit card application. This is something that is purely administrative, namely, sending a fax to the credit department of the bank. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and supportive Steve was to work with. In the past, I have had trouble with banks even giving me the time of day and /or feeling like they care. This was definitely not the case working with Steve, it was such a pleasure engaging with Steve and I look forward to being a customer of Chase Bank in the future as a result of him.”

“Over the course of two weeks, I misplaced my Regions Debit Card twice. Immediately requested a new card both times. When I received my last card in the mail, I could not make it work anywhere. I went to the Bellevue, TN branch and was helped by Edwardo Arredonto. He was extremely professional, courteous and attentive to my situation. I so appreciated his attitude as I already felt stupid for misplacing my cards. It only took minutes for Edwardo to tell me what was wrong. I had been sent an ATM card, not a Debit Card. He resolved the situation and I left with my new Regions Debit Card that works great. I will always appreciate the way Edwardo treated me and ever grateful for his help. Wonderful employee!

“I went to the Truist on Highway 70 two weeks ago. I needed to get a temporary debit card until the new one arrived in the mail. I am handicapped and my power wheelchair was in the back of my daughter‘s car. When we put it together we couldn’t get it to work, user error of course, but the people were so nice and helpful. A nice employee came out and took my license and information and went inside to get that transaction done and brought the new card out to the car so I didn’t have to worry about it. So helpful and took away so much stress! Just fantastic service. I didn’t get her name and I wish I had, but she was great!”
