“Store is well stocked. Parking was adequate & good. I didn't go much past the Dog Area (Front of store & on the Left as you enter) but there are signs hanging from the ceiling that designatenthe Cat, Fish, Reptiles, Birds, etc. allowing you to self-navigate to where you need go (this was my first time in here & I had no problem locating the Conditioner my wife needed for our dogs.)
I didn't interact w/Staff other than the Cashier (didn't need to ask for directions!), but she was friendly, asked me for a Loyalty phone number, etc.
My wife likes their product selection, ergo I ran this errand for her here. :)”

I have had two dogs, a cat, and many guinea pigs I have shopped for here and the quality, the people, their knowledge and care are unmatched. I cannot recommend Agri Feed enough.”
“I was reffered here by my friend. So I brought my 2 senior labradors here for service. They were very friendly and booking was so easy. They took such good care of them. One of my dogs is almost completely blind and they were so compassionate when I was handing her over to their care.
Both of them were in some great need of de-shedding and nail trims and they did an excellent job.
The price was great and the service was excellent.
I will most definitely be bring them back for maintenace, nail trims (they have walk ins for nail trim), and periodic full grooms.

“I had an amazing experience getting my new mini bulldog puppy from Madelynn at Petland Knoxville! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She answered all of my questions, made sure I felt confident about bringing my puppy home, and genuinely cared about matching me with the right dog.
The store was clean, the staff was welcoming, and you can tell Madelynn is passionate about what she does. My puppy is healthy, happy, and has already become an amazing addition to my family. “I walked into the store and immediately in awe how clean and spacious it was. There is a wide variety of product choices available for all pets, not just dogs. I went in here looking for a multi allergen friendly dog food for my Bernese thinking, like many other stores, nothing available for her specifics. At the counter I met Sohayla - she was extremely helpful AND knowledgeable. She was so patient with me while I stood explaining all the allergies and hurdles I have been thru. She suggested a few food and supplement options to try. I am beyond thankful for her help, kindness and vast knowledge! End result.... HAPPY HEALTHY PUPPY! HAPPY PET OWNER!”

“Great place for pet needs. Their kitty litter and cat treats are very reasonable, but their Watford is overpriced. They need to work on stocking correct items with price labels. I have been held up for price checks several times when items rang up much higher. Staff always friendly.”

“The staff is absolutely terrific, I brought my dog Terra to one of the groomers there fora nail trim and usually my dog has anxiety but she handled her with such great care, swiftness and professionalism that Terra was calm and at ease. Now only she cuts and trims my pup. Absolutely recommend”

“This pet store is amazing. They have a large variety of reptile feeders and accessories. They also have a good selection of bearded dragons, all of which appeared to be in good health. I've been to many pet stores to get supplies for my bearded dragon and this one has the best selection and a diverse variety of feeders and accessories.”

Prices are average, even might be a little cheaper than local co-ops with a larger variety of items. Bonus- They offer good free popcorn while you shop. It brings back memories. “5 stars for Linda. We just brought home a new dog and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us pick out everything for him from food and treats to shampoo and everything in between. You can tell that she really cares about the animals.
If this was a review on Banfield, I would give them a 0. The office manager is horrid. She is so rude and only cares about herself.”

“These folks are absolutely amazing. I went in to get some pill pockets after a visit from the vet next door. Bandit had to have half his nail taken off after breaking it in half and the folks here were so kind and had the perfect cookie for the occasion! They were so kind to me and Bandit!
