“I cannot recommend this business enough, as it, and the wonderful people who own it, deserve the highest of praise. I’ve been going since their original location opened and I have never been let down. They almost always have whatever item I’m looking for, and the few times they don’t, they help me find it elsewhere or offer better recommendations. The owners, Michelle and Alex, are not only 2 of the kindest people I’ve ever met, but these two know. their. stuff. They aren’t going to try and sell you something you don’t need for whatever adventure you’re going on. They are the people truly living “be the change you want to see in the world”, and supporting their small business helps make recreating way more accessible financially. 10/10”
“Southern Belles is the place to be!! From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted with such friendliness and hospitality. They have such an awesome process of dress selection and trying the dresses on! There are SOOOO many dresses to choose from for all different body types! They take care of everything from taking the dresses and starting a fitting room to helping put the dresses on, zipping, tying, whatever needs to be done! All mom has to do is look at her gorgeous girl standing in the mirror! Everything was so seamless and a fabulous experience! THANK YOU SOUTHERN BELLES!! ✨”

“I will NEVER shop at another place for formal wear ever again. This place has a huge selection and even had plus,plus sizes for the curvy girls. We were welcomed right away and Suzanne was so accommodating and helpful. She deserves all my praises because she definitely went above and beyond for my daughter. The prices are absolutely amazing!! They have new and used formal wear but also have name brand clothes and shoes. They have several different locations. Before paying outrageous prices please stop in and see what they have to offer. “Nostalgia is correctly named. Nice well laid out vintage store. I did not see much antique (meaning 100+ years I may have missed them so apologies ) but there was much vintage and nostalgic items to add to any collections. The store is fairly big but not huge think like typical hardware store sized but not grocery or hobby lobby sized. Prices I thought were reasonable. Didn’t get anything I was looking for but I would visit again. Right next to Jerry’s Artarama.”
“Excellent selection! It’s a hybrid between an old fashioned thrift store but also has some more boutique type items that are great if you are looking for a gift. The prices are honestly some of the best in town. Inventory seems to be changed up often so I like to check back in frequently. Super sweet owners that are in the store a lot. My latest purchase was an antique Singer sewing machine. Lovingly restored by C & S Refinishing and Upholstery. They were impressed by the high quality of the piece. “I spent $200 so easily here and each thing was super affordable. I got Ralph Lauren’s dress pants, Zara jeans, madewell jeans, a lily Pulitzer top, golf skirt, and more. Would have been thousands to get what I got for $200. They have everything and it’s in good condition. You can return things with the tag for store credit if something doesn’t work. They have bathrooms.”

“Just got done shopping there, we didn't have all the money to cover the last item we had left (embarrassing) it was the only thing my fiance wanted, he was super excited about it the whole time even as we were checking out and then of course, our luck, we dont have it. Luckily though, I had most of it and my fiance had what he had on his card, but again.. were lacking like 80 something cents. (Not much, I know.. but still sucks..) but, thank jeebus for the young girl with the brown shoulder length hair, (asked her name but the whole situation stressed me out so much I cant even remember) just that she was at the register, and she used/scanned all the throw away gift cards with extra change on it til it added up to what we had left and BOOM we did it. Team work! But, long story short, she was awesome. Definitely a life saver. That girl deserves a raise. I'll definitely be coming back, thanks to her. She made my first visit there great, out of all the karms I've been too this one was the cheapest for one, and 2 the girl who checked us out and did so much more for us without us even asking her. She was the best part of it!”

“This store is so underrated, they keep their clothing under higher standards than most thrift stores, so they have a good selection of clothes. The size variety is great and they have something for everyone. The employees are all very nice and respectful, and seem like hardworking individuals. 100% would recommend!”
“I recently visited a KARM Store in Tennessee, and I was honestly surprised by how good the experience was. I’ve been to a lot of thrift stores before, but this one stood out in a few ways.
First off, the store is really well organized. Everything is color-coordinated, easy to browse, and laid out in a way that feels closer to a normal retail store than a thrift shop. It didn’t feel messy or overwhelming at all. The clothing racks were neat, the home decor section was arranged nicely, and even the furniture was set up in a way that made it easy to picture how it would look at home.
The staff was super friendly, too. Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful, and you can tell they actually care about the place and the mission behind it. They weren’t pushy or rude like you sometimes get in thrift stores.
One of the biggest things I appreciate about KARM is the purpose behind it. Everything you buy goes toward supporting people facing homelessness and helping them get back on their feet. Knowing that my purchase actually helps someone in the community makes the whole experience feel even better.
The store also has a huge variety of items. I found clothing, home decor, small appliances, books, and even some brand-name pieces that were barely used. You never really know what you’re going to find, which makes it fun to look around.
If I had to point out one thing, it’s that some items are priced a little higher than what you might expect at a thrift store—but honestly, with how clean and organized the store is (and the fact that the money goes to a great cause), I didn’t mind it.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend the KARM Store to anyone in Tennessee. Whether you’re looking for good deals, unique finds, or just want to support a meaningful mission, it’s a great place to shop. I’ll definitely be going back.”

KARM is a wonderful organization staffed by loving caring people who fulfill God's instructions to love one another and care for the less fortunate.
Yes the prices are higher than a flea market because it is a MINISTRY providing shelter, food, health care, education, rehabilitation and placement for homeless and domestic violence victims.
Please review their website and consider the greater good before leaving selfish nasty reviews here on google maps.
If you feel the prices are beyond your budget, please know that item prices often do get reduced the longer they linger in the store and there are many other places like flea markets, garage and yard sales that you may find prices more to your liking without lambasting KARM here.”
