Ended up getting three shoes because the deals were just so good! Very knowledgeable staff and they showed me all the types of shoes that worked with dress casual. Highly recommend this store, they’re 30% cheaper than what’s in Retail/the catalog and they always have some type of deal going on! I got my dad a pair of brow oil tanned Hodges, in retail they are called the Upton.”

“Just finished doing some holiday shopping, and this place was a pleasant surprise. I’ve not ever been a Sperrys guy, but the shoes were of excellent quality and they had excellent deals. If that weren’t enough, the service was honestly some of the best I’ve had in the post Covid era. They welcomed us in, informed us of current deals, and when one of the workers overheard my wife and I talking about how we couldn’t find a shoe in my size… they called a sister store, located the shoe, and offered to ship it to our home. This is what customer service was meant to be!Like I said, never owned a pair of sperrys before tonight, but I’ll be back again. Well done all around Sperrys team.”
“My husband and I went in here hoping to find shoes in his size. Most places don’t carry a size 15 so he buys shoes typically once a year. Sherry asked if we needed help and went above and beyond to help him find shoes. She looked through the entire stock in the back to find shoes for my husband. She focused on us for about 30 minutes. She was incredible. My husband left with the 2 new pairs of shoes but tried on 7+, the most he’s ever had an option of. Sherry never made us feel pressured to buy shoes, but wanted to find the perfect ones for him. Fantastic customer service from Sherry!”

“I've never been an Ann Taylor shopper, but since I was recently with two friends who are, I decided to check it out. While not everything was my style, I did find a few cute items! I absolutely fell in love with The Wide Leg trousers. They didn’t have my size in another color in-store, but a very friendly and helpful employee named Shasta went above and beyond to help me locate and order them from another store to be shipped to me. Score! She also assisted us with new sizes, colors, and styles throughout our many trips to and from the fitting rooms. It was a very pleasant shopping experience!”

“My husband and I visited the store at the Tanger outlets on our honeymoon trip and were BEYOND pleased with our experience. We had actually looked in numerous shoe stores already, but he was set on finding another pair of Sketchers.
After finding something for him, we noticed the sale signs and started to look around in the women’s section. We asked a sales associate if there was any more in the back and she told us no but that we could order to our address if we’d like to.
When we got up the counter, we got to talking with their associate, Rachel, even more and are so glad we did! She was bubbly, helpful and beyond kind. This woman deserves a raise or bonus for her knowledge, work ethic, superb customer service and simply just being a ray of sunshine. We hope to see you again one day Rachel - thank you for the wonderful experience on a trip we’ll never forget. :)”

“I really like talbots. I use their clothes as my work clothes. The selection is limited but worth buying if you can find the right size. Talbots had a nice sale going and I was able to purchase several pair of very nice slacks. The sales staff is very helpful.”

“I visited this store trying to find sizes and all of the staff were so helpful to locate the sizes I needed. They also found affordable styles and so sincere in meeting my needs. This was a unique experience because I was shopping for kids in the community who had shoes and disrepair or holes in their shoes. When the woman asked me if all of these shoes were for myself I explained that no none of them were. There was a great value and dignity shared among the staff caring for these children in the community making sure they had name brand popular shoes. They boxed all the shoes individually asked me if I needed assistance out to my car and included information on promotions and sales. What an outstanding staff this store manager should be very proud to have each of them work there.”
