I walked in needing toilet paper and a pack of gum. I walked out with a soul HEALED. Lee Ann didn’t just ring up my items — she rang the bell of hope and humanity in my weary heart. A line 7 people deep? She destroyed it like a checkout ninja, scanning with such speed and grace you'd think she trained with NASA. Someone dropped a jar of pickles? She caught it mid-air, I SWEAR. Babies stopped crying. Birds outside started harmonizing. A light beamed down from above.
She’s not just a Dollar General employee — SHE IS DOLLAR GENERAL. The general of dollars. The commander of deals. The warrior of good customer service. You walk into her aisle? You walk into the presence of LEGEND.
Someone get this woman a cape. No — a crown. No — her own parade. Lee Ann, if you're reading this: never change. You're the reason the Earth hasn’t exploded.

“This store has some of the best breakfast I've ever gotten in Seymour! The breakfast biscuits they make in the morning are so so so good! I don't live very far from it at all and we always get breakfast for our kids there if either of us are out in the morning.”
“I’ve been going to White Star Market my whole life, and I have to say the new owners have done an excellent job of keeping up the great food and service. It’s one of my favorite local spots, and I love stopping there for lunch whenever I get the chance. The ham and cheese hoagie is my go-to, and it never disappoints. A true Sevier County staple!”
“This is THE best grocery store in Seymour. The produce is fresh and the deli has great Boar's Head meat. The employees are some of the best employees in all of Seymour. Occasionally, I'll go to Walmart because they have a few items that Kroger doesn't carry but I don't get the same service as I do at Kroger, of course. The other main grocery store in Seymour can't compare in pricing. I have been shopping here for years. I don't like it when corporate makes them change things around but the employees make up for it with their great customer service, smiles and good Southern hospitality. So, if you're new in town, Kroger should definitely be your grocery store.”

“Kroger in Seymour is consistently one of my favorite places to shop for groceries and essentials. On my most recent trip, I was impressed by the wide selection of products—from fresh produce to specialty yogurts like Oui by Yoplait, and even new options like Gatorade Water and Smartwater packs.
The store offers great deals on many items, and the weekly specials make it easy to save on family staples.I especially appreciate the clear signage and the well-organized aisles, which make finding what I need quick and hassle-free. “This is a great place to find Dave's Bread. We have been sourcing our bread from here for the past 5 months. They run a special for Dave's Bread that is 2 for $4 and then 20% off on Wednesdays. I honestly don't buy anything from here as I'm not really into snack cakes and stuff. However, if that's your thing I'd give it a try.”
