The customer service at the front desk. Everyone treating your dog like it is their own. The vet!!!! Don't get me started on Dr.Josh... He is the most kind, compassionate, understanding, validating, honest, upfront, relatable, warm man. He has helped my fur baby for a couple of years now. Recently he helped me peacefully send my baby to doggy heaven. The love I felt from this team was unmatched. I recommend everyone use this clinic/hospital/vet. 10 stars. Thank you to everyone on staff for what you've done for me and for my baby

I have not lodged my dog here for day or overnight boarding yet. However, the staff gave me a full tour of the space and made me feel like a friend (sharing photos and stories of their own dogs), making me feel at ease, and like they would treat my pup as if he were their own fur baby.
My dog is a handful (doesn’t deal well with other dogs or most humans) but I have full confidence that yard dog will take care of him well and give him some one on one time.
The place was also very clean throughout, and mostly odor free. (Not an easy task… and head and shoulders beyond the next closest facility….)
Saying the facility was spotless would be a whitewash, but it was cleaner than the few other kennels I’ve used in the last 5 years.
While i’m not excited to leave my pup with strangers for a night or three, I’m confident lodging him here.

Citydog! Club
3870 Ponte Ave, AddisonCitydog Club was there for me when I was hospitalized due surgery. What a life saver. My BFF would drop my frenchy puppy Brady off in the morning and pick her up after her work. Meanwhile, I could view my furbaby at play via a camera using their app as she played and interacted with other pups (dogs). This made me so much more relaxed and set me up for a smooth recovery. Very friendly and helpful folks. The boss man Doug is so helpful and looking out for your pups interest. Clean and friendly atmosphere, what more can you ask for??? ? nothing...

All FUR Fun Training and Event Center

I brought my heeler/border collie mix here and in just one year she is a totally transformed dog, able to "drop" and hold the position from long distances away from me, sit, stand, back up, "go to your place," etc. The list goes on. This kind of training teaches the dog to think and make choices for itself, it teaches the dog to learn. You won't regret going here!

He was incredibly attentive, checked on us multiple times, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was already nice, but his personality and service made the experience so much better.
The other bartenders were okay, but Ismael really stood out. He’s personable, welcoming, and made us feel taken care of. I truly think others could learn from the way he connects with guests and creates such a great experience.
Great job, Ismael — we really appreciate everything you do. We’ll definitely be back to see you!

We waited almost an hour for service after being seated, but once we received it it was all good!! Drinks were wonderful, the food consistent. The smell from the previous visit was gone.
First time enjoying this place and Gary's energy and service was amazing. There was limited staff, but he still got it done. Such a kind soul! The food was good, hot, and flavorful. There is a strange odor that was unidentifiable, but it did not appear to be due to uncleanliness.

They were not only the sweetest souls they literally were the light of our first team bonding moment for this years summer staff!!! They helped us with such efficiencies, kindness, and gave great recommendations for those who’s first time was spent with them!!! Table side guacamole is perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of cilantro, fresh and delicious. The star of the show has got to be the apple pie. Delicious apple pie with perfect crust served warm with cinnamon ice cream and brown butter sauce. Oh My! We practically licked the plate, lol.
