“I am an owner in a local fitness studio called Body Machine Fitness. I recommend all of my clients to Dallas running company because I know they will be taken care of.Over the years I have been to pretty much all of the running stores in the metroplex. They all carry pretty much the same shoes, but the experience can be wildly different from one store or location to another. In my experience, many employees don’t know what they are talking about. It’s as if they aren’t runners or haven’t been trained in anatomy. It ends up being a very inconsistent experience. It used to be where I would recommend that somebody go to such and such store but only see one particular person because they know what they are talking about, but if they are not there, then leave.Here, everyone is thoroughly trained and extremely patient. They will work with you as long as you need to to make sure they get everything perfect for you. I think it’s extremely smart that they start with a 3-D body scan of your foot to understand your anatomy and which shoe manufactures might fit your feet the best as a starting point. I think this removes a lot of guest work out of the equation. Then, they analyze your gait and recommend orthotics (special corrective insoles) if you need them. As an example, recently one particular shoe I really loved from ASICS is no longer made anymore, so I had to find a different shoe that works for me. I spent over an hour in the store trying on different shoes… after I settled on a pair, honestly I still wasn’t sure though if these would work for me. It’s really hard to tell when you’re inside of the store. But I bought them and then did a few workouts. I ended up not liking them and I was able to bring them back and exchange them with no questions asked. To me, that’s amazing.”
“Before I came to TradeHome, I had been to six shoe stores looking for a pair of slip ons. To my surprise, Caden brought out 3 pairs of shoes in my size. I never had purchased inserts but I am very happy that he showed them to me. Caden has great customer service and I appreciate that. Love the shoes and inserts!”
“Bernadette is such an amazing salesperson that I am willing to drive 26 miles through tolls and skip multiple DXL stores on the way in order to get A+ service from her and her fellow associates. Also, as a huge added bonus, the Frisco store is large with a big selection. Even if they don't have the desired product and/or size, Bernadette will not hesitate to order the desired product and get it sent to you ASAP. I appreciate her level of customer service that makes you feel welcomed and valued. Which is why it is worth the drive.”

My son is a runner and I am a dancer and we are both seasoned athletes with very specific needs to protect our feet. Aaron always remembers us and knows just what we need. Prior to our Ski trip to Aspen, as first timers, we had no idea where to start as far as clothing, terminology and the best way to be comfortable, secure and fashionable. We did not even know about this store. It was recommended by an employee at Dick’s Sporting Good which is where we went to first.Marixa!! (I hope I got the spelling right) At about 1 hour to closing walked us through everything. From inner layers to outer layers, socks, masks, etc. She helped with sizing and was a patient as an angel! She did not make us feel silly, she was understanding and was very nice. Thank you so very much!! We appreciate your kindness and vast knowledge in everything we required.The store has everything…like everything. This will be my one stop shop for all things snow!”

“Went in to this Red Wing location as I needed a new pair of boots. Got almost 2 years out of my old pair of Hawkins Steel Toes, but needed something fresh. Talked to Tony for a while, tired on various boots, and finally landed on the Dynaforce 8” steel toe. Tony was an incredibly friendly, very helpful man that knew his stuff when it comes to the boots he sell. It was a wonderful experience, and this will definitely be the location I return to for more boots. Cannot say enough good things about this location!!!”

“I’d first like to explain my situation and how I came to need help at ISW in the first place. A tux/suit rental place just happened to be closed on the day of a wedding I was attending, due to a storm.
So, I had to speed over to ISW a couple hours before it started and got the best help one could ask for in a desperate situation. The whole staff was great but Mojgan in particular really pulled through for me. Every time I doubted I would make the wedding she said “Jeremy, don’t worry. I’ll get you there.”
She prioritized finding me the proper suit for the occasion, helped me in making simple decisions that would get me out of there as soon as possible and did it within my budget. They have plenty of options with diverse prices! I’ll be returning soon to hand her a gift for how professional she was in caring about my situation.”
