“I have been taking my pets to Midway Hollow for over a decade. appointments are super easy. The staff is ridiculously warm and caring. The doctors I all trust completely. My last visit gave me sticker shock. My cat had a sprained paw, so an x-ray was definitely needed to see if there was a break...but $170.00 for one? With visit, antibiotic for a paw puncture, pain med, x-ray, and I was presented with a bill for $392.00. I felt victimized. They have this huge renovation going on with the office. I guess I am paying for their new wing. Disgruntled client.”
“This veteran clinic is very good choice, if you need somebody carrying and nice to see your lovely pet , from the front desk girl to the nice doctor. There is 5 minutes to almost no waiting time .”

“I never write reviews. We went to the Dallas Animal Urgent Care on LBJ & Preston on a Sunday morning. Our dog had tore his back toe nail out so that it went under and stuck into his paw . He could not walk and was in pain. This had happened Saturday, the day before, but we hesitated to go to an emergency vet because we have gone to one before and it cost over $1,000 !
We called first and they were very nice. We walked in and immediately were checked in and put in a room. Within 15 minutes a vet ( not a tech - I asked if he was a vet)came in and we discussed the situation . They took my dog back , fixed his toe, showed us the nail , and discussed after care .
We were in and out in one hour! It cost $130.00 dollars.
We were extremely happy with the entire situation , the care, the people, and the outcome.

Our new diagnosis of Diabetes has been a new challenge for us and the office is supportive with his care. It’s nice to know our doctors there are available and a partner with us.”

“I love Dr Wilson! I have a moody little chihuahua and she is so great with her. She does the exam without requesting a muzzle and just talks to her like she’s a person.
She’s also very practical in her advice and suggestions. I never feel like she is trying to upsell me. I recommend everyone to go to her. I even drive almost an hour to see her (since I moved) because she’s the best vet I’ve met.”

“Moved to Dallas two years ago and moving my baby was tough, finding a new vet was tough. I am very particular with who I entrust with Ghosty as most pet owners and oh my gosh does she love it at Vickery Animal Hospital!
They always accommodate us; Dr. Martin is amazing and his assistant. Dr. Martin will call you and tell you diagnosis/follow-ups over phone. They’re just great.
So after almost two years of going here I can say this is our forever vet.

“Honestly the best possible way to knock out an annual checkup and a grooming! Dropped off during the week before we took the kids to school, had a call from the vet to let us know how our pups did as well as his concerns, then what meds he administered. Got a call shortly after from the groomer, discussed in brevity what we were looking to accomplish (which was a lot, it has been a while!). Called us to let us know they were ready to be picked up. We couldn't be more happy with the level of service as well with how good they looked after they were groomed! Check in to check out - everything was top notch!”

“The office is clean and modern. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Communication was clear and fast. The Dr. we saw and the technician were kind and knowledgeable. The prices seemed reasonable but I really haven't shopped around much.

“We loved our experience with AEHNT. I am a full-time petsitter, and had a dog show the beginning phases of a bloat/GDV episode. The staff was so amazing and didn't treat me like I was crazy with the symptoms that I presented to them.
The dog I brought is a protection dog who hates the vet. They provided me a muzzle to put on him in the car. Then they were so respectful of him, his space, and his boundaries. They didn't show fear or anxiety towards him.
They were sure to do thorough testing and reassured me that all was ok. They helped me to make informed decisions for my client.
I highly recommend them if you have an emergency.”
