“I’ve been with Albertsons on Clifford a long time and this set of Pharmacists is the best they have had. They are patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a pharmacist listen and ask questions to make sure a new medicine was appropriate for me. Also, when I had to sign something I hadn’t signed before I wasn’t listening as well as I should have but just signed it….. I know that was on me but the next day I asked the pharmacist and he could have been annoyed but he met my dysfunctional brain with kindness and explained thoroughly. I really appreciate this. As someone who is going through the doctor gauntlet right now I’m just really thankful I don’t have to feel like I’m a burden on another heal care provider. The pharmacist that came before this set now always showed their annoyance to any and all questions and concerns. Please keep these Pharmacists!!!!”

“There's a kind lady named Deneke whom was so thoughtful that because I couldn't pay to get it delivered with the payment program as I'm disabled. She wrote down my name and address and brought it to me on her lunch hour. Now. That is excellent service. Well more than excellent. That's above and beyond. And I want to tell people about this pharmacy. I think they do wonderful. I've never had a problem and my medicine is always ready and right. And thank you Ms. For helping someone who really needed it. I had pulled the muscle in my neck and I needed the medicine badly for I was in much pain.”

“Clean and spacious, this Walgreens is quiet and well-staffed. Stocking must be done in off-hours because there are never boxes sitting around in the aisles. The wait at the drive-thru pharmacy is minimal. I have never waited more than 5-10 minutes. (30 minutes is standard at other locations.)”

“We don't go in the store very often, so this review mainly pertains to the pharmacy. Excellent quality service and staff... Always friendly and helpful. On this particular instance, we were on the way home from the ER and had a paper prescription for an antibiotic we need filled promptly. The woman who helped us, Michele, and her pharmacist, were both extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. They insisted that we wait, and they filled it for us immediately! Within about 7 or 8 minutes, we had our antibiotic in hand, ready to go. I am so thankful that there are good people still out there in this world who love their job and love helping others. It is situations like this that restore my faith in humanity!”

I want to recognize Grace, a young pharmacy technician at Walgreens, for delivering outstanding service under pressure. She was single-handedly managing both the drive-thru window and the front counter—and despite the heavy workload, she handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. Grace filled my wife’s prescription quickly and made sure we were taken care of, even with a line of customers waiting. Her calm demeanor and dedication truly stood out. Walgreens is fortunate to have someone like her on staff. Thank you, Grace—you made a stressful moment so much easier!”

Then, he jumped on the register to fill in and help out. Y'all, he was running 2 registers at the same time. And he was doing it very well. “They always try their hardest to help me and they always try to help me get the best deal possible. They put up with almost CONSTANT complaints and other nasty comments/behavior from customers yet still greet you smiling. When it comes to pharmacies and pharmacy technicians, I think they do a wonderful job and they do everything they can, while opening the law and physicians orders. I think when some people don’t understand that it shouldn’t fall back on them after what I saw today. They definitely deserve a break.”
“After 11 years of using White Settlement location I can say without a doubt the service in the pharmacy had always been excellent even when the wait is long. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Violeta and Billie. They helped me with purchases and then Violeta took the time to set up my Walgreens app so I could utilize the digital coupons. It was a lengthy process and at 70 years old, I get too frustrated with websites that are not user friendly. These ladies are above and beyond in excellent customer service. They need to be recognized by their corporate office. I spoke to their 2 managers in person while there and told them I would follow up on this to make sure corporate let them know they got kind words from a grateful customer.”
