My alternator and radiator crashed out on me and they helped me and my mobile mechanic out a lot. They definitely took ownership from start to finish to ensure that i was set and good to go. Oreilly is definitely my only go to part store and as long as im in the area it will also be this specific store.”

“Had a superb experience with this guys.On a saturday night urgently needed to change my car battery. Went to two famous shops who has shops in different zones in the coutry. One turned down me saying we are about to close and other one said its too cold outside to change. Lol!!!Called these guys. Jonathan picked up phone and said he will do it in 10 minutes and He did. Great employee anybody can have. I highly recommend to talk to him if you go there. Super positive attitunde. “I was at your Richardson Store. I called a young man named Daniel about a concern I had with a rock hitting my windshield. He said “come in and I will show you a kit that we have and help you.” He was so friendly and kind. We drove to the store and he walked me through the steps of what to do then he came out to my car and took a look at the area in question. He said I should worry about those because they were so tiny and hadn’t spidered out like others he showed me near by. I found his his service, friendliness, and honest absolutely amazing and outstanding. I believe he he is the Assistant Manager. Well done Daniel! Thank you. I will be a customer for life after todays experience.”

“The first impression that you may have is that most of O'Reilly's employees have knowledge of vehicles. The work cohesively as a team in all types of weather to make sure you get the right parts, installed or tested within their protocols. Battery returns take time and that may become frustrating for some. There is a good reason for that to make sure they don't go broke replacing good batteries when it is not warranted. Paul runs his store well and is very professional. He picks his team well and so that is why the store has such high ratings.”
