“So impressed with Michael and Kimberly, I sent an email to the CEO. In addition, a customer survey card was mailed. (September 2025, 2 months ago.) I've observed how both Kimberly and Michael treat customers. I'm genuinely impressed with their efficiency and professionalism.
Unfortunately, no one from Quick Trip acknowledged these two. They are working on the front line, generating massive income for a corporation while dealing with customers that are unfriendly, uncaring, entitled, and always in a rush.
It is my hope that Quick Trip will one day learn how to acknowledge and reward their hard working employees. Without employees, there would be no Quick Trip.
2.5 stars for each super star! Both are an asset to the Quick Trip corporation.”

She finished at her register and promptly moved to help at the area I was waiting at. This is great customer service. Do keep up the excellent work.”

“I went in to get a a prescription filled and as it was just 2 pills so I hoped it would be quick. When I handed it over the man behind the counter said it was going to be 45 mins. I wasn’t expecting that long to be honest but I said okay and took a seat. As I sat I watched how busy they actually were. Now I was completely surprised when it was done in less than 10 minutes and he even got me a discount too! Thank you for taking care of your customers Tony! You made a great impression today!”

“This 7-11 location is right off US 75 and it’s gets real busy and overcrowded especially during the evening rush hours but the employees are really nice and it impressed me how they are able to deal with so much going on in the area but that’s not in a bad way.”
“Compared to the Walgreens closest to my home, this one was all right. Parking wasn't an issue, it wasn't ridiculously crowded at the drive-thru or inside, everything was well-stocked, and I was able to find what I needed (Claritin) and get out of there. Staff interaction was okay, but overall, not much to complain about.”
