“We have used High-5 for rec soccer jerseys for many years. They have a smooth process for sharing order details with parents on the team. They proactively prevent issues like having multiple numbers, or confusing order pick ups. The cost is reasonable, and they have always been good quality. They have gone above and beyond with service as well, even helping me get something when they were outside of store hours.”

“Twice in 6 months I have bought a pair at this brick & mortar store. This time 1 of the pairs was my significant other! We went to 2 other malls and current inventory wasn't cutting it for us. So we went out of our way for this. And it was worth it. IDK if it was because we both we're wearing new balances. But we got treated like royalty. The blonde manager on duty went out of her way to find us my girls right shoe size!

“I’m giving 4 stars entirely because of Mahira's (Guess thats the name) outstanding service. She was friendly, attractive, attentive, and checked in on me a couple of times to see if I needed help.
I was looking for sizes 10 and 10.5 but couldn’t find them on display. When I asked another staff member (an older lady in the next aisle), she simply said, “What you see is what we’ve got.” Later, Mahira passed by and offered assistance. I asked her the same question, and to my surprise, she went to the back and brought out both sizes.
Thanks to her, I found the perfect fit. I’ll happily return to this store — but only when Mahira is there. ?”
“I love this outlet, underarmour is underrated to be honest, I bought running shoes 4 years ago, it's so comfy that I wear it everywhere, everyday and it still looks brand new, I buy shoes for my boys as well, and they are super affordable and light. Definitely recommend”

“I definitely have to give this Adidas location at Allen outlet mall 5 stars for sure. The customer service was Amazing from the moment I walked in. Every single team member I came across was helpful, friendly, and actually made sure I found what I was looking for. And I mean everybody, not just the person who checked me out.
I purchased several clothing items and some shoes, and the entire experience was smooth from beginning to end. Nobody made me feel rushed, nobody acted like I was bothering them when I had questions, and the team genuinely seemed happy to help. That type of customer service makes a big difference.
The store was also super clean, organized, and well kept. Everything was easy to find, the displays looked good, and you could tell the team actually takes pride in their store.
I’m not from Texas at all, and I travel an lot and I shop a lot of places, and customer service will absolutely determine whether I come back. But Adidas got it right with this team. Great people, great atmosphere, clean store, and an overall great shopping experience. I’ll definitely be back!”
