“This is a huge store. Fortunately I was able to find an employee who walked with me around the store to find all the parts I needed for my sink. He could have just told me what isle but he took the time to walk me there and give me ideas and advice on how to make the repairs. “we just moved in to Prosper, TX from Illinois and had bought a Husky Tool chest online and had it delivered. However the chest had a problem wherein the upper chest was locked while the keys were still inside the chest!! Per one of our friend's suggestion we took it to the Plano location and oh boy! those guys were so helpful! There was this tall middle-aged guy who tried all possible means to get the chest opened (hardware, their repository of keys etc. etc. for almost half an hour). When nothing worked, he asked the cashier guy (Avik I think) to check if they have a similar one. they had one display one and they gladly exchanged it for the one we had!!! They could have easily drove us away and could have just returned the whole thing but we were so pleased with the amount of urgency and diligence they showed!!! 5 star guys...keep it up!”
