“This is my first time here and my first time gardening. I met a member of the staff by name Alison. She is indeed a great person with a great smile to welcome you,and she assisted me with every concern on gardening. Her personality symbolizes what great customer service is all about. She was very passionate about the plants, pottery and very patient in making me understand the things I need to help me with my gardening. The other staff too were welcoming and great in helping with the items I bought. I would recommend this place to those looking for help with understanding gardening. They are great people here.”
“One of the best customer service i have received! They have sufficient staff to help walk in customers, and patiently go over what the customer needed. Jason really explained to me what i need for my new irrigation setup looks like and gave me a detailed list of parts to buy, and i can check the actual prices and what the parts look like on their website. He also gave me a list of contractors if i decide to ask someone else to do it for me. Doing it all for the first time, this is really the place to visit to get helps! Very much appreciated!”

“I’ll tell you what - Michael Crowder (I think is his last name) puts the PRO on Pro Desk. My team started a 5 day concrete job at an apartment complex nearby. Today is Thursday - I’ve been in this Home Depot multiple times a day every day this week. Michael has helped me most of the times I’ve been in. Let me tell you - above and beyond is an understatement. He has such great energy and a willingness to help. Funny fact is he is retired from medicine so he works here just for fun! That’s how you know he loves his job. He has been a bright spot in my work week and I can’t show enough appreciation. Anytime I’m doing projects within reasonable distance - I’m driving to this Home Depot even if there’s one closer to my job site! Haha thank you Michael!”
“I have never had an exceptional experience at a Home Depot before but I did today! Nader in the garden center was incredible. As soon as I walked up to check out, he was so kind and friendly. He offered to carry out the bags of sand I had in my cart for me and I told him no worries, I can do it. He said just pull your car up and I’ll load them for you.
