“I was able to save money because of the associate explaining how one of the specials worked. I appreciated her taking the time to do that for me.
I am curious why the changing rooms are locked. I don't think your clientele is one that wants to steal a bunch of clothes and look bigger leaving the store than when they entered.
It becomes an issue when your staff is helping other customers and need to stop to let someone into a changing room.”

“I came in today with hopes of finding a pair of Vans similar to the ones I bought a couple years back at my local skate shop. I'm so glad I asked the young lady who greeted me if they had anything close to what I was wearing—she went above and beyond!
She asked me to wait a moment and came back with not just one or two options, but six pairs of the exact same style in a variety of rad colors. Her help made all the difference.
To top it all off, I walked in hoping to find one pair and ended up walking out with two, all while staying under my budget. I only wish I had caught her name so I could thank her directly for taking that extra time to make sure I had great choices.”
“We visited this Reebok location the weekend before Thanksgiving, and it was very busy! Staff greeted us at the door and let us know the promotions. I noticed Tashi, who I later found out to be the manager, was particularly impressive in the way she circled around helping customers and even suggesting add-ons (socks, clothing etc.). Her energy was infectious and it made me WANT to shop there. If I was looking for an ideal experience, Tashi provided that and more. Kudos to Tashi for an outstanding job!”

I wanna tell you guys something. My daughter went into your store and typically, unfortunately ladies these days do not get the same respect men do or the same customer services men do. I have to say that this store and I’m specifically speaking of a gentleman by the name of JT. Totally professional, but also on a personal level!!
And JT, she said you weren’t stuffy As most sales people are ~~ just there to do a job and she said you were, Thank you very much!, that you were definitely not pushy!!!
I taught her to go where you are treated BEST. TO HER CREDIT CARD Surprise she actuallywalked out with More than one pair. JT ☺️ she’s supposed to go in for one pair. She walked out with several pair, but I’ve never seen her so happy in all my life. They fit her personality totally. She always looks for that shoe. That is the popular shoe yet different.
She loves Nikes Dunks!! In high school, A very popular Five star high school , she pretty much set the trend to what shoes for people to wear and if they’re not wearing Nikes, she’s a snob. (Even to me)
We were actually referred to go here which is almost a 50 minute to 1 hr drive, however; she likes to find that one shoe that everybody will stop and go ‘those are clean’ sneakers. Where did you find them.

They had so much to choose from she was literally in that store two hours not able to make up her mind. She stated that JT had all the patience in the world with her.
While she was deciding people would walk in and she would tell him go wait on them.
She said, and she was so surprised he always kept checking in on her.

“quick review.It a 3 star but the dude there was like "LOVE YOUR MISS MAY I SHIRT" so i bumped it up to 4.walked in and barely heard anyone say anything. Obviously kids in there so i get it but geez, has the quality of working at a shop gone down? I grew up with zumiez and it was never like this. at least that dude greeted me and asked me if i needed help. shout out to that dude.but as far as clothing, holy H, everything is overpriced. even in 2015, hoodies were 50 at the most. most is 30-40. now, they are way over 50. like wow! shirts are normal priced given the inflation but geez everything is overpriced. most the selection is a variety and different things but as far as old school brands, the clothing isnt the same. the actual styles and designs are newer so if you are a late 20s like me, you might not like the designs. this is for mid/early 20s, late/mid/early teens fashions.the cool thing is the variety of stuff. they are definitely still like the old school zumiez i grew up. so that for sure is worth it.i would suggest this shop for everyone looking to get their child some apparel that dresses like most kids nowadays.”

“I was initially reluctant to return to the New Balance Allen store after a really bad experience last summer with the male assistant manager. But I needed new running shoes and decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did.
I was immediately greeted by Marcus, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to ask what I was looking for in a running shoe and even offered to size me to ensure the right fit. Despite helping another customer at the same time, Marcus made sure I always felt taken care of and never once made me feel like an afterthought.
My opinion of the New Balance Allen store has completely changed thanks to this experience. I will definitely be back and to his manager, please know that Marcus is a true asset to your team.”

“A classic Nike outlet with evening Nike you can want. Great selection of shoes and active wear. Plenty of sizes for anyone. Pricing was pretty good with discounts. Ample parking nearby. Service was friendly but not much help on the floor. I'll go here anytime I need Nike stuff.”

The store is a bargain hunter's paradise, with a wide variety of products at deeply discounted prices. From clothing to home decor, there was something for everyone at Macy's Backstage. The quality of the products was also impressive, with many brand name items available at a fraction of the retail price. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. Overall, I give Macy's Backstage a 5-star review for its impressive selection of discounted merchandise and excellent customer service. “I'm writing a review because I was at this store on 10/12/24 shopping with my little sisters. When this customer (the user below me by the name of Rubi) came in asking for an exchange ( I know this because she started to get loud and obnoxious about it ) The employee working there tried to explain to her but she wasn't listening. I work in the retail world as well, and I have never seen such a rude, obnoxious, loud, self righteous, and entitled person in my life. The way she was treating the Employee was simply not right, "while i wasn't the kindest" is simply an understatement. The way this person lied on their review is insanity. It can be amazing what you can accomplish when you simply listen to employees and or read the policies of the store. Me and my sister's had a bet about how people like this try their hardest to ruin other peoples days, and I went on reviews to see if she did anything and to our expectations we saw a review detailing the exact encounter. Whoever you are Mariah, thank you for helping me and my little sisters with finding the product we needed, and bless you for dealing with people like that.”

“A huge shout out to Katherine and SamWho were tremendously helpful on our visit yesterday. Super friendly, great eye for fashion and very appreciative for their superior customer service . We came with an agenda to create a new wardrobe for my newly single daughter. We literally bought every item Katherine suggested which included some items i would’ve walked right by except for their suggestion to try it. My daughter is 36 and size 6. I’m 63 and a size 12. My daughter ended up with enough separate pieces to literally create at least 20 different outfits. I ended up buying a pair of jeans and a blouse which were both age appropriate for me and stylish. We were so successful with our purchases we didn’t need to visit any other stores. Thank you Katherine and Sam!”
