“We visited this Reebok location the weekend before Thanksgiving, and it was very busy! Staff greeted us at the door and let us know the promotions. I noticed Tashi, who I later found out to be the manager, was particularly impressive in the way she circled around helping customers and even suggesting add-ons (socks, clothing etc.). Her energy was infectious and it made me WANT to shop there. If I was looking for an ideal experience, Tashi provided that and more. Kudos to Tashi for an outstanding job!”

“I was initially reluctant to return to the New Balance Allen store after a really bad experience last summer with the male assistant manager. But I needed new running shoes and decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did.
I was immediately greeted by Marcus, who was incredibly helpful from the start. He took the time to ask what I was looking for in a running shoe and even offered to size me to ensure the right fit. Despite helping another customer at the same time, Marcus made sure I always felt taken care of and never once made me feel like an afterthought.
My opinion of the New Balance Allen store has completely changed thanks to this experience. I will definitely be back and to his manager, please know that Marcus is a true asset to your team.”
“Arrived within 30 minutes of closing. Received help to the desired department, was shown available options for what I wanted to purchase, & had to go the checkout desk to order item online because they only had a display item & it was damaged. So now, we have to wait for delivery to the store & return for pickup.”

Justin has been the incredibly helpful in sharing his knowledge and expertise on what the best practices and methods would be to make this possible. “I’m giving 4 stars entirely because of Mahira's (Guess thats the name) outstanding service. She was friendly, attractive, attentive, and checked in on me a couple of times to see if I needed help.
I was looking for sizes 10 and 10.5 but couldn’t find them on display. When I asked another staff member (an older lady in the next aisle), she simply said, “What you see is what we’ve got.” Later, Mahira passed by and offered assistance. I asked her the same question, and to my surprise, she went to the back and brought out both sizes.
Thanks to her, I found the perfect fit. I’ll happily return to this store — but only when Mahira is there. ?”
“A classic Nike outlet with evening Nike you can want. Great selection of shoes and active wear. Plenty of sizes for anyone. Pricing was pretty good with discounts. Ample parking nearby. Service was friendly but not much help on the floor. I'll go here anytime I need Nike stuff.”
“I'm writing a review because I was at this store on 10/12/24 shopping with my little sisters. When this customer (the user below me by the name of Rubi) came in asking for an exchange ( I know this because she started to get loud and obnoxious about it ) The employee working there tried to explain to her but she wasn't listening. I work in the retail world as well, and I have never seen such a rude, obnoxious, loud, self righteous, and entitled person in my life. The way she was treating the Employee was simply not right, "while i wasn't the kindest" is simply an understatement. The way this person lied on their review is insanity. It can be amazing what you can accomplish when you simply listen to employees and or read the policies of the store. Me and my sister's had a bet about how people like this try their hardest to ruin other peoples days, and I went on reviews to see if she did anything and to our expectations we saw a review detailing the exact encounter. Whoever you are Mariah, thank you for helping me and my little sisters with finding the product we needed, and bless you for dealing with people like that.”

“Dick’s Sporting Goods has a great selection of gear and equipment, and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair, and it’s easy to find what I need. Everything is well organized, and checkout is smooth. Overall, a solid shopping experience the only reason it’s not 5 stars is that I’d love to see a few more specialty items in some departments.”
