“Store associate Danny was very helpful in making sure we picked the right fit. He is patient, listens to your concerns and makes appropriate suggestions. This store has a good selection of shoes and we ended buying 4 pairs for our family. The associates spend a good amount of time with each customer and offer great suggestions. Based on the pressure points and measurement, I was surprised with the shoes suggested by Danny. I would have never picked those shoes but I was pleasantly surprised how comfortably they fit. I strongly recommend this store over a typical box store or any other shoe store. This is one of a kind personalized shopping experience.”
“They are really good at greeting the customer when you walk in, but as far as asking if you need assistance on the sales floor, they could use some work. I spent an hour in the store and not one person asked if I needed help. I kept having to go up front and they would have 4 people standing up there just talking.”
“Always super helpful and they have a lot of options! We visit often. Staff is super friendly. Lacrosse is not cheap, but they do have specials/sales running on items. Our go-to lacrosse store for sticks/stringing/gloves/pads/etc!! Would definitely recommend!”

“Great place to get some discounted cowboys merchandise. They have game worn gear too. Mostly preseason roster fillers but they have others too... they have team issued cleats, shoes that were cool. Bunch of stuff and definitely worth a trip!”

“Great helmets and great owner. They are ecommerce only, but the owner helped home deliver helmets when we faced an issue. The best soft helmets available that have a nice flat space for team decals. Our Kinder youth flag team love their helmets!”

“Decent selection of all things soccer. Prices are a little high, but they do have a 20 percent off sale that helps reduce costs. Jerseys, gloves, accessories -- all available. Shared parking lot, so parking is limited. Staff seems knowledgeable.”

“I bought some shoes and threw away receipt, dumb I know. I saw Academy price matched and called to verify and if I could get help without a receipt. I was helped by Semaj (Cashier Lead) and its no wonder she holds that position. She was able to track down my transaction, handle business with other customers and addressed my price match accordingly. Nothing but praise for Semaj and the manager on staff. “I have worked with Frisco Sports for the last 7 years, as I am a teacher in the FISD school district, and my students design and order a t-shirt each for my program. Their customer service has always been excellent. They have always responded back to emails in a very timely manner, and they have also gotten my order finished in a very timely manner, too. They even rushed an order for me this last time so that my students could get some shirts for when they started going to their internships. Then, Ally personally delivered the shirts at the school, which is on the other side of town, so that some of my students wouldn't have to miss their internships to come to school to pick up the shirts. My students were so thankful, and we were literally giddy with excitement for how cute our t-shirts turned out. Each experience has been wonderful. We appreciate your efforts to get us our shirts in such a quick time frame.”
“I purchased a Stephen curry city edition jersey and after purchasing I found another one at a other store with a size that fit me better so I opted to return the jersey. I went to the store and was greeted with the friendly store manager Tanner. He was very nice and had great customer service. After going home later that day I noticed instead of refunding me they charged me again, so I went back the store the next day and Tanner was on top of it and got it figured out with a great attitude! If a store manager Is able to get a raise, Tanner deserves one! Will definitely be back in the future!”
