“Best customer service ever!! Walker helped me with a return for a MTB helmet shipped from another store that was a wrong size after initially having a replacement for missing accessories. I was bummed because I really wanted this helmet. He took the initiative to involve his manager, Duwanna, for solutions. She helped me order a new helmet and personally called the store the shipment was coming from to ensure everything was correct. My helmet arrived and it's perfect!! Thank you both so much for your excellent customer service! It is honestly a breath of fresh air!”

“I went to fleet feet for the first time and Myla was so sweet and knowledgeable about footwear. She walked me through the entire process and was very patient with all my questions. She was so kind and took her time to help me find the perfect running shoe. When I visit again, I will definitely request her help and advise others to do the same. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Yesterday I walked in with my family and we were promptly greeted by Rose, a new employee still in training. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer any questions we had. She had a great sense of humor and warm demeanor that made us feel right at home. It was evident that Rose loves the Cowboys and what she does. My profession is training people on customer service and Rose embodied service excellence even as a new employee!”

“Great helmets and great owner. They are ecommerce only, but the owner helped home deliver helmets when we faced an issue. The best soft helmets available that have a nice flat space for team decals. Our Kinder youth flag team love their helmets!”

“This Academy has a GREAT selection of youth football helmets. Ridell 2025 and 2026 ND6 Speedflex, other Riddells, various Schutts, even Light and a couple of others. Was there late at night with my son shopping for/trying on football helmets. The staff there was particularly friendly. Chris made sure to stick around and let us ask questions and find the perfect fit helmet for my son. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size/color combo he needed, so I ordered from academy.com. Honestly, I would have just ordered from Amazon if it weren't for the level of service we received. PS: thankfully my 10 year old liked the Schutt F7 ($199) better than the Spedflex ND6 ($480). The Schutt is cheaper, lighter and has an Excellent Virginia Tech research rating. It ranks better than the new Speedflex.”

“Found what I was looking for. I was looking for an Arsenal jersey and went to Adidas who are official sponsor. Found it very surprising that they didn’t have it. Searched couple of other places as well, no luck. Went to soccer90 and got it. What’s more, the collection there of soccer jerseys for numerous clubs was pretty good. I would say don’t waste your time going anywhere else for your soccer needs, just get here. They also had good discount on some jerseys from prior season.”

“I purchased a Stephen curry city edition jersey and after purchasing I found another one at a other store with a size that fit me better so I opted to return the jersey. I went to the store and was greeted with the friendly store manager Tanner. He was very nice and had great customer service. After going home later that day I noticed instead of refunding me they charged me again, so I went back the store the next day and Tanner was on top of it and got it figured out with a great attitude! If a store manager Is able to get a raise, Tanner deserves one! Will definitely be back in the future!”

“Kiera W at store 1814067 I just love her customer service. Her smile and greeting melts my heart. She made sure I got my shoe it was the right size and she told me about points I didn't know I had. I'm a footlocker type of girl but she won me over to champs. But I will only go into champs in Frisco mall because of her and her services. Her energy warms the whole store. I can express how she made me feel..I'm big on customer service and great energy. Thank You and if you want your shoe shopping at ease please go to Champs inside Frisco Mall. And look for a young lady Kiera and watch how she won you over.”

“The 5 stars are for the shoe guy, Kevin....not the shoe department. Ladies and Gentlemen if you need shoes...-call the store to see if Kevin is working that day, if YES-drive to the store. If no, go somewhere else LOL Kevin was absolutely a rockstar in customer service helping my husband find a shoe. It was a crazy busy Saturday but Kevin was cool, calm and collected with high attention to detail for what my husband needed. Kevin should train others in that department on how to provide service. He listened to what was needed, made smart recommendations and quickly retrieved the shoe (which seems like a miracle there). I know he was helping other families at the same time but to me, he shows what the experience should be. Thank you, Kevin!!!”
