Replacing a kid’s bike inner tube, and they went above and beyond by fixing the uninstallable training wheel due to short axis through using in house thinner bolts to tread on and get the bike inflated while training wheel supported in under 30mins. Chris the technician is very helpful in finding the right product and fixing the bike.”
“I rarely write reviews, but this place is really great. It feels like stores used to feel 20 years ago. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. No upsell. The employees really want you to get the best shoe and don't act like you're bothering them. I got a pair of shoes I'm really happy with, and learned a lot in the process. “This Academy has a GREAT selection of youth football helmets. Ridell 2025 and 2026 ND6 Speedflex, other Riddells, various Schutts, even Light and a couple of others. Was there late at night with my son shopping for/trying on football helmets. The staff there was particularly friendly. Chris made sure to stick around and let us ask questions and find the perfect fit helmet for my son. Unfortunately, they didn't have the size/color combo he needed, so I ordered from academy.com. Honestly, I would have just ordered from Amazon if it weren't for the level of service we received. PS: thankfully my 10 year old liked the Schutt F7 ($199) better than the Spedflex ND6 ($480). The Schutt is cheaper, lighter and has an Excellent Virginia Tech research rating. It ranks better than the new Speedflex.”

“I purchased a Stephen curry city edition jersey and after purchasing I found another one at a other store with a size that fit me better so I opted to return the jersey. I went to the store and was greeted with the friendly store manager Tanner. He was very nice and had great customer service. After going home later that day I noticed instead of refunding me they charged me again, so I went back the store the next day and Tanner was on top of it and got it figured out with a great attitude! If a store manager Is able to get a raise, Tanner deserves one! Will definitely be back in the future!”

I was looking for an Arsenal jersey and went to Adidas who are official sponsor. Found it very surprising that they didn’t have it. Searched couple of other places as well, no luck.
Went to soccer90 and got it. What’s more, the collection there of soccer jerseys for numerous clubs was pretty good. I would say don’t waste your time going anywhere else for your soccer needs, just get here.
They also had good discount on some jerseys from prior season.”

Kevin was absolutely a rockstar in customer service helping my husband find a shoe. It was a crazy busy Saturday but Kevin was cool, calm and collected with high attention to detail for what my husband needed. Kevin should train others in that department on how to provide service. He listened to what was needed, made smart recommendations and quickly retrieved the shoe (which seems like a miracle there). I know he was helping other families at the same time but to me, he shows what the experience should be. Thank you, Kevin!!!”

“Amazing customer service! I had a bit of a complicated request and they absolutely went above and beyond!
I placed an online order for two pairs of shoes, one of which for pickup at this location and the other for delivery to my home. The pair that was delivered turned out to be too big so when I went to pickup my second pair I asked if I could return both pairs as I ordered both in the same size.
They let me try on both shoes in the smaller size to decide which one fit me best. As it turns out, each pair fits slightly different (since they’re different styles) so I got one in the original size and the other in half a size smaller!
I still had to return the pair that was delivered to my home as I needed the half size smaller and they were able to return and put in the replacement order for the size I needed all at once! I figured that id have to return them then place another order online but they made the process so much smoother and now my replacements are arriving tomorrow (it look less than a week)!”
