She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences between serval models and helped me pick the right phone plan that fit my needs and budget. I felt no stress and she didn’t pressure me into buying anything unnecessary. The entire process, which I dreaded prior to coming to the store, was quick and problem free.
