She was patient and took all the time needed to resolve my problem which was at least 50 percent my fault. I learned that she was manager of this store, and as my experience at this store was not excellent last time, I revealed my experience to her. I felt no stress and she didn’t pressure me into buying anything unnecessary. The entire process, which I dreaded prior to coming to the store, was quick and problem free.
