We talked about my needs and units that would be a good fit for my wife and II found a great unit at a good price and we went ahead amid bought it after my wife drove it and loved it. There was no pressure , and never felt that “ you must buy it now “ pressure just making sure we found the right unit.Since I would be flat towing a ford maverick I worked with Brandon a camping advisor that was knowledgeable and very helpful. He consulted with Justin and John on the service side to make sure everything would work well together.I worked with Vanessa to finish up the deal and she was funny and a delight and made it so easy.Brandon the camping advisor spent a couple hours with us showing us how everything worked and answered all our questions and was great.Sierra helped us with the trade and made it all so easy to do. Even unhitching the trade in for us.My wife and I met Murphy the sales manger and he was professional and welcomingWe even met Nate McClain the owner of the stores and he makes you feel like your guests in his house. “My alternator died on me and I checked prices at the auto parts store and said nope to that. I removed my alternator and asked my wife to drop it off for me while I was at work. DC Starter calls me about the same time I got off work and I was able to ride my bicycle over to them and pick it up on my way home. For less then half the price of a rebuild alternator from NAPA i’m up and running again. Great service and good people at DC Starter. They even took the time to tell me what they replaced and why. I very much appreciate the service they provide.”
